Had Spring on door break and Dixie was out the next morning and replaced both springs. (Dang things are Expensive!) and back in business with no fuss. Both techs were professional and informative, and discussed options without pressure. Hope the tech I gave the sewing machine to gets it up and running!
One of the best experiences with a service provider I have had in a long time, extending from the initial phone contact, the scheduling, the actual service, and even to post service help for a non service issue. Josh was extremely professional and his knowledge of the subject matter is awesome - but to me, much more importantly - he was willing and able to explain and share that information.
I give Dixie Door my highest recommendations!
