Follow Up: Had Spring on door break and Dixie was out the next morning and replaced both springs. (Dang things are Expensive!) and back in business with no fuss. Both techs were professional and informative, and discussed options without pressure. Hope the tech I gave the sewing machine to gets it up and running! One of the best experiences with a service provider I have had in a long time, extending from the initial phone contact, the scheduling, the actual service, and even to post service help for a non service issue. Josh was extremely professional and his knowledge of the subject matter is awesome - but to me, much more importantly - he was willing and able to explain and share that information. I give Dixie Door my highest recommendations!
My garage door spring broke this morning and I called Dixe Door and they said that they were busy but they would do their best to get someone out later in the afternoon. I almost called someone else, but decided to wait since I had alot of things to do that day. The serviceman "Caleb"called later in the day and was there in just minutes, assessed the the situation, gave me an estimate and got right to work. Door was fixed in under an hour and he also found that my opener was having a problem and fixed it "no charge". I don't remember the door sounding as quiet and smooth as it did when he was finished. Would call them again.

We called around noon for a broken spring and they sent out the next available technician. It was fixed within a couple of hours. Very reasonably priced and super nice people!
Great service. I contacted them and they scheduled me the same day. They replaced a broken spring and I had them replace the other spring as well due to its age at a good price. All work was completed within an hour.
Last week I had a mishap with my Eagle carport. Roll bar from lawnmower caught door and knock it all kinds of way. I called Dixie Door based on review from BBB. Being in a service base company myself my expectations are pretty high as far as service . When I called Josh explained my situation he was very reassuring that he could help me. He asked me to send pictures so he could make sure he had all supplies. I ended up asking to add to ticket maintenance on garage door as well. When Josh arrived he was very precise and knowledgeable. He quickly fixed carport , look over and corrected my garage door, and walked me through maintenance that we need to be doing as homeowners. I highly recommend Dixie Door Company.

Asked my buddy at work if he had a garage door guy. He said Dixie had installed a new door for him and gave me their number. They answered the phone at 4 pm on Friday. Caleb came out at 9am Monday and took care of broken spring and replaced the keypad. Called before as a heads up. Courteous, professional... good experience... price was fair.

I called Dixie Door at 8:00 am on Monday morning two weeks ago to repair a broken spring. At 8:20 am, a very friendly and courteous technician arrived. By 9:00 am he was totally complete. He not only replaced both springs, but he replaced 4 cracked hinges, tightened my chain, adjusted the travel distance of the door, adjusted the downward pressure sensitivity, and lubricated all hinges. I couldn't have been more pleased with his service. I believe the technician's name was Caleb. I highly recommend Dixie Door.

Had a garage door problem with it not closing, so I gave Dixie Door a call. They had a repairman set to come out but in the interim the door started working right. I called and canceled the repair call and they were very nice and courteous about it. When I have my next garage door problem I will give them a call.
What can I say ..... These guys are great and they do great work! Our door of 15 years broke the main spring a while back, locking our cars up in the garage. The main spring on our door was an odd size (Go Figure!) I called several places to try and find the spring myself with no luck. I then started calling some door companies and none of them could get to me any sooner than two or three days. They would also have to order the spring. I had just about given up when I stumbled onto The Dixie Door Company. I gave them a call. The young lady on the phone was very pleasant. I explained to her my situation and she told me to let her make some calls. I had given up at this point, thinking she probably wouldn't call back or would just call to say the same thing as everyone else. It was about fifteen minutes later and she called back. She explained that she had talked to one of her tech's and he had the exact size spring I needed on his truck. She said he could be at my house within the hour. The tech showed up about 45 minutes later and replaced the spring on my door. He was very knowledgeable and also very pleasant. It didn't take him long to change the spring. What they charged me was very reasonable. I was very impressed with these guys and wont waste and time calling them back for any future problems. I wish all service jobs could go this easy! If you have any problems with your door give them a call. You wont be disappointed. Friendly = A+ Knowledgeable = A+ Cost = A+ Call Again = Absolutely!
They were not able to help me with my exterior door but went out of the way to find and recommend another company to help with my problem. I will definitely call them if ever I need a garage door installed or worked on.
This guy knows his stuff! I have spent HOURS on the phone with him. Very professional and responsive. You could be three hours away and still feel like you're being taken care of. I would recommend Dixie Door to friends and family.
Look at my beautiful garage door! Dixie Door was instrumental in the design, and selection of my renovation project to add beauty to my home. I could not have asked for better service and quality with Dixie Door company! Highly recommended them for design and customer service! And the price for this quality... OUTSTANDING! I had worked with another company initially, and the brand new door would not open ( how frustrating when you are late for work) so I called Josh at Dixie door to come fix what the other company clearly could not do. He had it up in less than an hour and it has worked perfectly since.
