Mr Easterwood arrived timely, he was very professional, polite, and respectful. He worked diligently until the door was installed. He addressed my issue of the door not being leveled. The rubber expanded and issue was solved. I will recommend this company to neighbors, family and friends.

My garage completely stop working and was very loud when it was working. Called Doorpro they came out and installed new lift master,chain, track,and all rollers. I recommend Doorpro to my friends and family I am percent satisfied. Special thanks to Mr Stephen this gentleman knows what he's doing great job.

Really appreciated their willingness to fit me into their calendar at the last minute. Technician was courteous and professional. Wish he would have had spray for the door brackets to prevent noise when raising and lowering the door. This should be a staple for door repair.

Had them replace garage door springs. Very reasonably priced, much lower than any of the companies I called around. Got it done in less than 15 mins, was super quick! He also gave a useful tip to use a silicon lubricant on the springs, rails and hinges for smooth operation and help spring to last longer. Both the person the phone and the person who had come to replace the springs were very friendly. I would definitely recommend them!

Compared to 3 other companies they by far were more reasonable! My garage and motor were installed in a timely manner. They showed me how to operate the door after they were done. Very professional and friendly! 10 out of 10 on customer service and pricing. I would definitely recommend.

Very good service and quality work. Only thing is that they did not place the correct size springs on our door and they only lasted a few years. Springs where not sized for a insulted door with windows!

I thought for sure that I would have to have the garage door opener replaced because it had stripped gears but DoorPro repaired the unit at a cost much less than a replacement cost. They also adjusted the door, gave me some maintenance suggestions, and provided me with a can of spray lubricant, all at a very reasonable price. Their employees have customer service oriented attitude. I've used their services twice and have been very pleased with both the quality of service and price. Normally, I shop around for service companies for each job but with garage door repairs, I just call DoorPro. I wish that there were more service companies in the Memphis area that were as good as DoorPro. Services Rendered: Broken garage door opener.

Their first visit was a couple of months ago. The technician checked the garage door and fixed the light and told me that everything worked properly. One or two days later a different technician came out and installed the track and the insulation strip for the bottom of the garage door. A few days later the garage door came off the track and I had to call Door Pro up to fix it. This happened a total of 4 or 5 times that I called them for the same problem. Plus Door Pro installed a brand new garage door opener which stopped working properly after just a few days. So for this same problem they had to return several times until they finally fixed it correctly, I hope. But the garage door is still coming off track as of 1/19/16. Consequently, I chose to use a different vendor even though I have to pay extra to start over again. Services Rendered: Safety check of garage door function. Fixed light. Installed new track and replaced insulation strip at bottom of garage door. Installed new garage door opener..
