Casey is the best ever - He called ahead, showed up on time and was extremely professional and helpful. Casey got my garage door fixed and saved me so much stress - he went above and beyond and showed me how to keep the rollers lubed to keep my door in peak performance. He was a blessing to me today!

I called Precision today to request a service appointment for some issues with my garage door that they installed. The door works great, but racoons had chewed through the rubber seal at the bottom of the door and I couldn't get the camera to reconnect with the internet. They were able to schedule the appointment on the same day. The service specialist (Payton) was awesome. Payton resolved all of the issues quickly and he is a super nice guy. All of my experiences so far with Precision have been great.

Excellent company and awesome service. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and professional. It was easy to set up an appointment for an estimate, and I was able to book a time that was convenient. Casey was the technician who came out. He was awesome; very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and then proceeded to tell me my options. He explained everything clearly which made it very easy to make a decision. The installation went great. His attention to detail impressed me. 5 stars all around! Highly recommended.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Door Service! My garage door began to warp on a Wednesday, they had someone out that day to inspect what was happening and offered a reasonable repair estimate. After some discussion, I decided to replace the entire door, which was done that same Friday morning! Every interaction with them was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend this company.

I recommend Precision to everyone! Everything about this company is professional. I scheduled an appointment and had my garage repaired the same day. The staff was also incredible and offered wonderful and professional customer service over the phone. Dillon Kirby is the kind technician that helped repair the garage. He was very informative and explained in detail what needed to be done. Within 30 minutes I had a working door! Precision is a company I will call whenever I have an issue with my garage.Thank you all!

My door decided to break the day before Thanksgiving and I knew everyone would be booked completely up, but I was wrong. I called Precision and they said they could have a tech out within a few hours. The tech, Roger, called and said he could arrive early and did so. Roger looked at my door and patiently explained everything and gave me three options on repair packages. I am cheap and love to not spend money and he didn't push any package, just explained the differences. He was super nice and I decided on a full repair which also came with a 5 year warranty. Thank you Roger for the quick and great service. I also used Precision in the past on a motor install after a lightning strike fried my old one and that tech also did a wonderful job, I can't recall his name, and he was nice as well. Precision does excellent work and has great technicians. I hope I never have to call them again, but if I do I will do it with confidence.

Great experience during a minor emergency. A portion of our torsion tube sheared off due to a locked bearing. One car remained inside the garage which was a problem. Precision was able to get someone out to see us and make repairs the same day. Roger was our technician. He was professional, informative, and efficient which was an added bonus. He walked me through it did not gouge and got us squared away. Thanks to the Precision team. Well done!

My garage door was off balance and uneven. I called Precision Door Service's emergency service, because it was a Labor Day weekend and my garage door wouldn't close. Chris Hisaw was my technician. He arrived earlier than expected which was great! He diagnosed and promptly balanced my garage door. He was friendly and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service to everyone. Excellent technicians. Excellent service. Reasonable prices. Services Rendered: My garage door was uneven and not balanced. It would not close properly and would leave a gap on one side when it did close.

after 3 companies failed to show up, I finally did a Yelp search and came across Precision Door Service. I was able to call and get an appointment scheduled and get in on an offer to waive the service fee. The repairmen called me when he was 20 minutes away. He replaced the springs in about 30 minutes. He showed me what he repaired and let the door open and close before leaving. The price did shock me compared to what I was quoted from the other companies, but they didn't follow through. I don't mind paying a little extra for quality service.

I called last weekend and I got their 24/7 services. I asked if there was a extra fee for the weekend. She didn't give me a straight answer. She said someone will get back with me. She didn't know when they will call back. I left the call as is. I called Monday and I was told someone will be at home Wednesday noon. I asked about the service fee to waved when I mentioned about their online discount. She avoided my request and said that I had to take up with the technician. The technician was on time but he told me that a whole new unit will not be available until next week because they would have to order it. Then they would call me when to put the replacement unit on their time. He told me that he would call the office and they will give me an estimate cost of the repairs. I received the email and the cost was over price. It was over thousand dollars. The replacement unit cost more than two would cost. They made up their own service fee than what the original fee, fuel fee, and labor fee. So, I decided to fixed myself. I saved over $600. I got the replacement unit within two days. It took me less than 30 minutes to replace everything. What a joke! They need to look at themselves for trying take people money. Beware of what they say and they don't follow up what they say they can do.

My garage door has slowly become less functional over the past year and I needed someone to not only diagnose but repair back to full use. Chris was not only knowledgeable in every area that I need, for the garage door maintenance. He also showed himself to be a great guy in general. Very professional and very humble all-around great human being. He's the type of person that you can see yourself being friends with outside of work. Repairs were made and he went above and beyond to ensure I won't have problems again. As I told him, if you were to look up Superman, they should replace his picture with Chris!

Precision promptly provided an estimate and an installation timeframe (screens had to be ordered). Precision installed two Lifestyle screens in the garage as well as quiet garage door rollers. We love how the screen looks and love that the garage door is quiet when opening and closing.

The spring on our garage door broke with my car inside. I called first thing in the morning and the tech was at my home by noon. Repairs done in about an hour and everything up and running again. Very professional and great service from the phone call to the tech. Great experience.

Precision Door Service is the kind of company you want to call when you need something done for your garage door. They operate with integrity! During the ice storm in Memphis, we lost power and to get our car out of the garage required manually opening the garage door. Upon our return we could not get the door back on track for the remote to open/close the garage. We called one local company who specializes in garage doors. Their response was they could come on that day, but we would have to pay a premium price or they could come the next day and it would cost $200! I hung up and called Precision Door Service. They were not available for a same day service but did have availability for the next day at a cost of $74! The service person came on time and was both pleasant and professional. I would unconditionally recommend calling Precision Door Service if you need anything done for your garage door

Needed to get new remotes for my garage and found them here on yelp. Called them and they scheduled me right away for an appointment I also wanted the noise on my garage to decrease as my garage was very loud as it opened and closed. They also addressed that for me. The guy who came to service my garage called before he came and he finished the job in a very timely manner, he also told us what products not to use on the garage and he left a small sample of what we should use and how to apply it to the garage twice a year. He was very knowledgeable and had a really good sense of humor. When he was finish he left two garage remotes for us and just educated us a little bit more on what to do the next time the garage makes those loud noises. Definitely had a great experience with them and pleased that they were able to come out within a day of us calling them

Very disappointed in the service. Poor customer service. I understand that building supplies, etc is difficult at this time. We paid for a gate at the end of May, we were told about 6 weeks. We started calling end of July and kept getting the same message that the builder was taking a long time but should be done in a week and then a week to powder coat. I have been told this message at least ten times. Each time they never called to update or explain why things are continually not what they said. It's been extremely frustrating. They say they will call back but never do and when I ask to clarify that they will call back the same day I have received a rude attitude. We paid everything up front and perhaps that was our mistake - we feel like our investment is being held hostage. It is now September and we still have no gate. EDIT: They came out earlier at the beginning of Sept and installed the gate. They did give us some money back because of the delay. We love our gate and they did a good job. The people really do care, I think it was just a tough time due to COVID. BUT they should have communicated with us better. I thought they forgot about us!

Great 👍 Responded immediately and arrived within about an hour (on Sunday). Suggested I replace both not just 1 so I did. I told him about the backup battery on the opener was dead. He had the replacement on the truck so I had him replace it also!!! 2 and one half hours from problem to solution how could I ask for more? Services Rendered: Replace garage door springs.
