The spring on our garage door broke. We called the Garage Door Doctor. He was able to fit us in the next day. It took less than 30 minutes, and is something we would not have been able to replace on our own. We highly recommend them!

Paul and his son showed up quickly and got right to work on the repairs. However, once done, the glass in one of the panes cracked within the first week after the service. Paul came out and looked at it and stated "someone else must have broken it." He did not fix it, but said he could give me an estimate to have it replaced. He DOES NOT guarantee his work and talked down to me, telling me to "have your husband call me." I handle all my own business and don't need my husband to talk for me. This guy is a crook and has horrible business ethic. I will never go to him again and tell anyone and everyone to go with someone else for their work if they want the work guaranteed as well as ethical service. This guy is a joke!

Our 24 year old garage door finally stopped working. One call to Paul and within 5 business days, we have a brand new garage door installed with openers and keypad all at a great price! Paul was professional, courteous and extremely skilled at his craft. I would not hesitate to recommend Paul.

Paul was great! installed two openers for less than I paid to have one done from another business. Very nice guy. He won't sync them to your wireless or set up your car to open your doors, so be prepared to do that on your own.

I called different businesses for a quote in a garage access system remote yet it seemed overpriced. Called garage door doctor and he asked some questions and let me know I could install it myself. Provided me with information where to buy it and let me know it was easy to install. If for any reason I couldn't installed myself to give him a call and he let me know the price. Very quickly and professionally done. Came out day of initial contact to insepct situation. Replaced with new door within 2 days. Services Rendered: Replace entire roll-up 16 ft. garage door, including tension spring and rollers.

Paul showed up early, fixed the rails, replaced some wheels and reset the springs to the right tension. He got everything all back together and up and running quickly. He also called to let me know how much it would cost before performing the work, which was very appreciated. All in all I will use them again if I ever need a garage door fixed. Services Rendered: The garage door had fallen off of it's tracks and was inoperable. Paul came out, had all the parts on his truck and was able to knock it out in a couple of hours. Very friendly and professional. He was also willing to drive 40 miles to my location to do the work.

I was referred to Garage Door Doctors by a friend who had used them before and highly recommended them. The garage was neglected when I purchased the home. I called and spoke with Paul. He was professional, showed up when he promised, and told me the truth about the condition of the garage door and components...the cost to repair the damage was too high vs. buying a new one. I made the choice to buy a new one and Paul was out within a day to remove and replace it. During the visit he noted the opener itself had some damage and requested I give him permission to disassemble and repair it. For a little more money it was repaired rather than replaced. He even helped re-program the remotes for me :-). Paul is a pleasure to work with and I recommend using him when the need arises. Benedict Services Rendered: Replaced garage door

My first call was returned in about 2 1/2 hours. They said they would be there in an hour, which was almost two hours. When they arrived they went right to work replacing my broken spring and said it would only take about 20 minutes. I asked the price of the spring and was told he didn't know. I was trying to get an idea of the labor vs materials cost. I just hate to think something that takes 20 minutes costs $185. They were very knowledgeable and recommended adding some stabilization brackets and replacing the rollers. I wasn't sure, but went ahead with their recommendation. After spending about $325.00 my garage door is quieter than ever and should last another five or six years. It's currently 10 years old, and I guess $325. is better than replacing the whole door for approximately $750 to $1000. I would recommend these guys, they were knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, they definitely knew what they were doing. Services Rendered: Replaced the broken spring, added stabilization brackets, replaced worn rollers.

Even tough the Trolley was an added expense I would recommend 'Garage Door Doctor'. Technician was very friendly, easy to talk to very professional. Services Rendered: After replacing my door springs the technician tested garage door. He found that the Trolley had broken (was slipping). He replaced the Trolley. He also gave me tips on how to keep door running smoothly.
