Great. I called Glen to tell him about our garage door problem on our rental home in Merced. Glen listened to the symptoms and said the problem sounds like your sensors. Glen offered to have our renter attempt the simple fix of alignment and call to cancel the appointment if not needed. By the way Glen answered on my first call. The renter was not able to resolve the door problem. After completion, Glen called me and said it was a fairly quick fix, but it did take some technical experience to align the sensors. He said don't do any extensive work on this door, just ride it out, then look to getting a new one. Since he fixed it pretty quick, he didn't charge his minimal $59 house call. Services Rendered: Garage door not close all the time.

Glen did a wonderful job repairing the doors so that they worked well. He also provided extra service by oiling components, tightening loose bolts/fittings, and adjusting the garage door opening chain and opening level. He was very professional and informative. We will certainly use his services again in the future. Services Rendered: H2H repaired and service our wooden garage door. The support cables that help raise/lower the door snapped.

This company is AWESOME! My husband has been trying to keep our old, warped roll-up door functional for about 3 years. It finally warped so badly that we were stuck. Time for a new door - OR have a professional repair this one. This company was recommended by a friend at my husband's work. We called, and the owner/operator came out to the house within 30 minutes. He showed my husband where the issues were, and explained that while he COULD fix it, it would cost as much, if not more than, a new installed door. My husband had been given a prior estimate by another company for upwards of 1200.00$ The estimate from H2H was less than 800! We agreed to have the new door job done - and were told it would be done in less than 48 hours. The Installer just left - and we have a gorgeous new QUIET and perfectly functioning garage door! He arrived when he said he would, called my husband to let him know he was enroute, and told us it would take about 90 minutes to complete the job. 92 minutes later, he had loaded the old door into his truck for disposal, and all of the work was complete. This company exudes professionalism and courtesy. I will NEVER call another company when I have any issue with my garage door!! Services Rendered: Replaced the entire garage door, including new railings and mountings.
