Google5Called this morning when I discovered one of the tension springs had snapped. Guy came out 3 hours later replaced both springs, explained the whole process and logic behind it. Did a great job cleaned up after himself. Quick and courteous. Pointed out future concerns. Would definitely recommend in the future.

Google5they answered after hours and were able to come out bright and early the next day. The job was done in no time and an having no issues, garage opens smoothly. Highly recommend them.

Google5This company has fantastic customer service and is very easy to work with. I called for a repair after an electrical issue and they came within 2 hours of my call. I would definitely recommend them!

Google5They always are very professional. Prompt service. The repairs guys are nice and pleasant. No problem they can't fix. From broken springs to installation of our new garage door. Like any service business not the cheapest out there. But you pay for what you get. And the service is excellent. I recommend them to friends.

Google1This vendor is incompetent and has poor customer service . No matter your issue, the answer is to replace your entire system. Look elsewhere and save yourself time and money.

Google2After 4 min of talking - no answered questions - I tried to ask (1) How do you charge, hourly or piecework? (2) When would you be available to repair my garage door? (3) Would you work on my old style door? BUT they need my name, address, and phone number FIRST - for me to get a call back at some unknown point in time... to see IF they are available, WHAT it would cost and When they will come if ever. I think your business model leaves a lot to be desired ... The dispatcher was nice enough though. Wishing you well and hoping you change your business model to allow for customers to have questions on the first contact.
