I've had Blando do garage door work for me in the past and they always did great work at a fair price. I just had them back to do a "tuneup" on the door and I had a few issues afterward. I called and talked to Connie Blando and she had Bill Blando come out and completely go over the garage door again. It now works great! The true value of a company is when they quickly respond and back up their work to the customer. I would reccomend them to anybody looking for an honest and professional garage door company!

Great job on my new garage door openers. Guy who installed it did a super good job. Very clean with good cable management. Very pleased with this company. Definitely will be using them again should the need arise.
While I love this company and they do fantastic work and their employees are super, I have myself at odds with actually contacting them. I seem to mostly get an answering machine. And calls are not returned on a timely basis. But that in its self would not stop me from recommending them to others. I guess I can understand that they,to,are understaffed.
Excellent service, showed up and went right to work fixing my broken garage door. They took the time to find an option that would work with my old door and made it happen. So happy with the results. When I need a new door, I am calling Blando!

Quick and responsive service. Got some good immediate feedback related to my Yelp post. The next thing I know they're giving my husband a call and getting things scheduled right away to come out to survey what was happening with our garage. They explained the needed part replacement and setup the day for the work to be done. They showed up a tiny bit early, but we loved that and a crazy rain storm was just about to hit and I would not want to be working on a garage during that, either!!!! Again - fast, reliable and got the work all done and were out of there before the weather got too crazy! Would recommend!

These guys are top notch! I needed service on my garage door as I backed my SUV into it as it was scrolling up. This was the second time I've used Blando and they were great both times, plus very reasonably priced. When I called, the woman who answered the phone was so nice and friendly, not to mention accommodating. That's a rare thing these days! The service guy (Sal) was right on time and did a great job, even went above and beyond what was needed. He was polite, very professional, and helped me out with the keypad to the door which had quit working. That was not part of his scheduled visit and I really appreciated it! I will recommend Blando in our neighborhood association newsletter.
Excellent service both on the telephone (Joy) and in person (Billy). Nice people, great service and very fair pricing. I will use them again whenever garage door service is needed. Much better than any other previous experiences with garage door service companies.
I needed service on our garage door and key pad. They were very pleasant on the phone and actually came out the same day. I would definitely use them again. .
My call was answered quickly. Joy asked a few questions to assist in best determining what needed to be done and a tech was on site within a couple hours. He replaced the cables that had snapped, rewound tension spring and lubed and tuned up the door. He was courteous including the small things like moving to close my gate as my dog came out with me. A 5 is about the added courtesy and respect in addition to the great work!
This family-owned business is the best in the business when it comes to anything with garage doors!! They always respond quickly and the guys are ALWAYS so nice!! I highly recommend Blando for all things garage door and garage door openers. You will NOT be sorry you call them!!

When I first called, they tried to talked me through what might be the issue so that I could avoid a service charge. We tried their suggestions and could not get the door to work, so we still needed a service call. When he came out the next day, he was courteous, efficient in solving the problem, and answered all of my questions in under 15 minutes; and did so without charging me a service charge. They were awesome. They had installed this door 6 years ago. It needed some adjustments plus it was frozen to the pavement. They got it opened, made the adjustments and it's been working like new. The two men that came out were friendly and super efficient. Because they had originally installed the door they didn't even charge me anything, not even a service charge for coming out. Blando saves the day! Since the cold weather started, my garage door would close almost all the way, and then go back up again. Sometimes I could coax it, but not on Jan 10. I called Blando, and even though they were pretty booked, they managed to squeeze me in. The Tech arrived, and determined that one edge of the door was scraping on the wood. He tried planing some wood off, but in the end, had to move the whole wooden strip. He oiled up the moving parts, and now it works like a charm. Over the last decade, I have used them 3 times, and they always do a great job, even on Sunday. This is how it should be when you call a vendor! Services Rendered: Garage door would not close

Excellent! Called around 9 a.m. Connie returned phone call within less than 10 minutes. Said they were booked for the day but if we could be flexible someone could come today. Within an hour Connie called and said service tech was on his way. He arrived shortly thereafter and replaced both springs in less than half an hour. Excellent response time! Thank you! Fantastic on every level. There was a mix up on the window inserts, so they have agreed to replace those. Everything else went extremely well. They are punctual, do great work, are very responsive, honest and professional. I already recommended them to my neighbor and would not hesitate to hire them again. This winter caused our garage door opener to act up. Both times I have called Blando and both times Blando responded promptly and fixed the issue not only same day but within the hour! First time the sensor sensitivity setting needed adjusting and the second time the gear kit needed to be replaced....and even included overall check and lube. Both times they took the time to explain the cause and recommendation to fix....which was also cost effective! Thank you Blando! Highly recommend as Blando provides outstanding customer service!!!!
We had problems with our garage door not opening and couldn't get our vehicles out to drive to work in the morning. We called Blando at 7:00am and left a message and by 7:30am they returned our call. Blando came out within min. on the service call and repaired our garage door all within a 45 min. time frame. They are highly rated on this review for their excellent customer service and professional work.
