Best Customer Service we've experienced since forever!!! We will ALWAYS go to Cedarburg Overhead Doors for our garage door needs

Great Service! Came home from work and couldn't get the garage door to open -- broken door spring. Called Cedarburg Overhead Door after hours, left a message, and had a service man show up the following morning. Jeff was very friendly and efficient, got the repair completed quickly and since I was planning to schedule replacement of the bottom door gasket, he measured that, went back to the shop and came back later in the day to replace that. You just don't find that kind of service!

They came out same day I called and fixed my garage door. I thought I would need a whole new door and they were able to fix it and for a very reasonable price. I have used them at my old house as well I highly recommend them and will gladly refer them to anyone who needs garage door help!!!

Very responsive about quote inquiry. Came out very next day to look at old door. Came day after that to install new door and opener. They did a great professional job. Didn't leave a mess or anything. They are simply the best.

Awesome work for an even better price! I called late on Tuesday and they were here by noon on Wednesday. They repaired the broken spring within a half hour. I had gotten a quote from another company for a crazy amount, when I got my total after Cedarburg Overhead Door finished the work, it was 1/3 of the other company's quote! Extremely happy with my experience!

My old garage door opener stopped working. When I called I was told all my options, price, immediate installation. The tech was on time, answering all my stupid questions, cleaned up afterwards. Extremely happy with the job, highly recommended Ced. Overhead door co!

Repairman was efficient and wasted no time, definitely knew what he was doing, had all the tools readily available, fast worker, superb 10 star service ! Services Rendered: Had a single door torsion spring .207 x 21 x 2" replaced and the outside door stop molding replaced as well since it had dried out over the years. Called within 15 minutes prior to arriving which they arranged and I was overly satisfied with that, 2nd job of the morning.

Really happy with this experience. After our Chamberlain garage door opener (of unknown age and origin) went kaput, I called Cedarburg Overhead Door. They were able to come quickly - within a day or two - to install a new LiftMaster garage door opener. It is a huge improvement over what was previously here; it runs more smoothly, almost silently, and can be controlled with a smartphone if desired. The installation was speedy and professional, and we were given clear verbal instructions on how to care for the opener and keep the garage door moving smoothly. Product is great, people were great.
