They were prompt came in discussed exactly what I did and did not need gave me multiple options to work with. within an hour fixed one issue, Set up an appointment for return with new door panels. called on that day and was able to come earlier and complete the job/ All around the two installers, were polite professional and respectful/

Adam the owner was very quick to contact me to discuss my needs and immediately worked to schedule an appointment/estimate. David the tech contacted me to confirm our appointment time and showed as planned. I found David to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. David was able to identify the issue and provided options on what was needed for repair. I chose to have David perform immediate repairs and was very satisfied with the work he did as well as the results. David was very thorough and took the time needed to make sure the results were perfect.

This company was the first to reply to my request for repairing the tracks for my garage door. They came within a couple of days of my request, they arrived on time, assessed the situation, and gave me a very reasonable quote. I was very happy that they did not try to sell me a new garage door or anything else that I did not need or ask for. They had to order the necessary parts, and they came back two days later and completed the job. I am a very satisfied customer and would be happy to recommend them to anyone else who needed similar repairs.

The team at Garage Door Pro was very responsive and worked with to design the new garage door, to make color selection and style, and to explain the system to me. My garage door needed a jackshaft mechanism at the side, rather than the usual centrally located opener. That created a different challenge, but it went very smoothly. A new garage door, a jackshaft opener, new tracks and a wall switch were installed. The system can be operated from a phone app and with a remote control. Angel, the technician, completed the work extremely professionally in less than a day and the area was left very clean. Any follow up questions were handled quickly. I'm very happy with the security and ease of using the door and also with the improvement of appearance to my home. In addition, the price was competitive and all worth it.

Thank you for your service on my garage door. My garage would only open under a foot and then would slam down. It looked like a spring needed to be replaced. I am very thankful for the prompt service. I contacted Adam in the evening, and they were here next day. No emergency service needed. Very knowledgeable of what they are doing, and pointed issues out that needing fixing. Thank you for being polite, and I will use them again. I highly recommend this company for garage door needs at any complexity, Thanks again
