requested information for an appointment and received a response that they can service when I requested and can't service me when I never even mentioned the date or time. seems scammy and wouldn't recommend. Edit to add: You easily could've added that to my "request for info". You were blunt, and I got the point.

He came out the same day I called and promptly repaired the broken spring on the door to my 21/2 car garage. He also gave me tips on maintenance, which I appreciated. 5 star service all the way!

Had trouble with our garage door and discovered one of the torsion springs had broken. Reached out to Hung Right and Jimmy replied to a quote request and then called to give me a verbal estimate over the phone. I committed to him proceeding with the repair and Jimmy was to our home within 90 minutes. Repair took less than an hour and price was very competitive for a Saturday repair. Jimmy was very pleasant and I would definitely recommend him!

Needed garage repairs fairly quickly which turned out to be somewhat extensive because of the age of my garage (100 years!). Jimmy coordinated with me even though I was out of state and got it fixed in a day and was communicative through the whole process.
