Mason did an excellent job today. Arrived at my house within two hours of calling and fixed the issue i had. Turns out we had a broken spring I didn't see (only looked at the cables attached to the spring). Mason replaced the spring, enlightened me to other potential future issues with the sprocket on the opener and one of the cable connections on the door being pretty rusty. Mason presented me all my options and was very professional. If one of those other items mentioned goes bad, we will be calling again for a full replacement of the opener. Thanks Mason, and thanks The Garage Door Guy.

I've had had issues with my garage door for years and attempted to go through a larger company in hopes it would get repaired properly. They installed the wrong springs, the door wasn't properly balanced and the garage door still never worked great. I was recommend to call Jason and I am so glad I did. He came out and had everything working great. He was super professional and his rates were super fair. Jason will be my go to garage guy from now on. I can't recommend him enough!

After part of my drywalled garage ceiling fell on my open garage door it snapped a cable and so it wouldn't close. I called and Jason was able to come out the next day, fixed it, lubricated the joints, helped me with more drywall that was loose and made sure all was in working order for a reasonable price. I will call him if I have any more future garage issues.

Great, speedy service. Lucky I spoke with Jason before having Menards deliver our new garage door. He picked it up from Menards (for an additional charge, which is understandable and saved me money) on the day of install. He had the garage door installed in about two hours! He and his partner worked efficiently and cleaned up the area before leaving. He also took our old, heavy garage door away for disposal, which was super convenient. He did a great job of answering my questions. Getting a quote and scheduling was also very easy. He was flexible with our schedule and worked us in in just a few days. I highly recommend working with Jason, The Garage Door Guy, and will be giving him a call in the future.

Jason did a great job installing our new garage door opener. When it came time to replace our garage door we knew who to contact. We had a really heavy, old wooden door. He provided us with a pamphlet that had all of his options. He recommended a few to us and was back soon after to install. Great service and price.

I first used Jason to replace my home garage door with a nicer, much much newer insulated garage door and was beyond pleased with the quality of the CHI door he provided and his pricing. I'm typically the kinda guy that searches around for hours to find the best price / quality ratio. Generally speaking I like to buy something that is a little more expensive than your run of the mill product so long as its a much better quality. Upon first talking to Jason about a garage door and available styles and options he told me prefers the CHI doors and see their website for colors, etc... After doing my research I agreed it was the right route to go for me. I called Jason up, told him what I was looking for, he picked the right door for me and gave me a price that was very competitive to others. Honestly i was expecting for the price he quoted to simply get JUST a new door, but when he showed up its new everything!! Door, tracks, springs, etc. I was surprised to find that this door came standard with new nylon rollers as well, my brother who's in the trades suggested I should pay extra for this option, but opted not to even ask for it as i didn't think it was something I even cared about. Well, let me tell you... I love how much quieter the nylon rollers are!! Fast forward a few years.... When it came time to get a nice all glass commercial garage door I didn't even think twice on who to call. Once again, I'm blown away with the quality of the CHI doors Jason sells, the customer service provided and timely installation of such said door! Don't waste your time searching around for other garage door's or installers! The Garage Door guy is who you WANT selling and installing it!!!

Wow! What a transformation! Excellent work! Jason was very pleasant and took time with us to explain what would be best for our new door. Looks great! Our neighbor had replaced her door and suggested using The Garage Door Guy and we could not be any more please. The replacement only took a few hours, was cleaned up and all for a reasonable price. We HIGHLY recommend Jason at The Garage Door Guy!!!!

We hired Jason to replace 2 -17 year old doors and openers. From start to finish, Jason was courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions, offered options, and quoted us a very competitive price. We scheduled an install date and he had the job completed in 3 1/2 hours from the time of arrival. He explained the warranty, showed me how to use the "MyQ" phone app which is really cool for monitoring your doors, and made sure any mess was completely cleaned up before leaving. I would highly recommend Pfeiffer the Garage Door Guy to anyone needing service, new doors, or openers!

Jason inspected three old garage doors and openers in a house we newly moved to. He recommended two of the openers and tracks be replaced. In Nov, 2014, Jason replaced my garage door. He did a great job then. So when my opener stopped working I called Jason again. It was so cold out. Garage door opener just stopped working . The nylon gear was chewed up. Jason explained that this is common in the cold with old openers. Mine was pre 1991. I called on Sat. We agreed it could wait until Monday. Jason came exactly when he said he would. (Even though it was still very cold) installed the new Lift Master door opener, and keyless entry pad in under 2 hrs. Works great! Glad I called Jason again. I found "The Garage Door Guy" flyer at Menards where I was looking at garage doors. I looked him up on Angie's List. The ratings were good, but not too many of them. So, I called. Jason returned my call quickly. He came over to the house to measure the door. Then we talked. (Note: I called another highly rated garage door place that did not return my two calls after I left messages I am glad they did not call me back, as Jason was great.) I bought the door through Jason, even though Jason said he would install a door, and even pick up a door if I purchased it from Menards. But the cost of the Menard's door plus insulation, did not seem as good as a value as buying directly through Jason. He gave me a website too look at. I bought the 2" insulated door for my 16' by 6.5' garage door. Which was better than the door I was looking at at Menard's. The old door was really old and bad, the tracks were bent, etc. Jason and one other person came punctually at the ageed upon date and time. He took away the old door and replaced with the new. It just took a few hours. No mess left for me. He put on a very nice weather stripping and fixed the boards at the side frame of my garage for no extra charge. The cost included everything! The door, the installation, the hall away of the old door, the weather stripping and a 3 yr warranty. I got a better quality door than I had originally planned. I have had the door about 7 weeks and all is working great. Jason was very professional. I would definitely recommend him. Services Rendered: Replaced my old garage door

My garage door broke on a Tuesday morning before work. I found Jason, the Garage Door Guy on Angie's List. I called and left a message that morning, and received a call back within an hour. Promptness was important because my garage door was not able to completely close. Jason came out later that afternoon and fixed my main problems (safety cables and reinforcing), but also did additional maintenance at no additional costs. If you are looking for a small business that is more concerned with personal and quality service rather than nickel and diming, this would be it. Services Rendered: Balanced the garage door. Replaced the safety cables. Reinforced the main mounts on which the garage door rail is attached to. Tightened the garage door opener chain. Lubricated all appropriate parts.
