After getting multiple quotes, we decided to go with Matt for a variety of reasons. His prices were in line with others for the same product but we liked that he was local small business and he directed us toward the more pocket friendly brand of door. He was able to get information for other brands so I could make an informed decision. I was looking at different "wood look" options and really liked the other brands but ultimately it wasn't worth the added cost for us and Matt was helpful and patient as I worked through the decision making process. Matt was able to fix our door temporarily as well while we waited for the new door to arrive for no added charge. I also really enjoyed his installation assistant as well. Corey was high energy and I enjoyed hearing how nice the door we selected was. It helped reassure my decision on the day of installation. I also ran through everything with a coworker who's father used to be in the business and he vetted everything we had been told by Matt as an outside source. I recommend this small business to anyone and everyone.

I called Matt yesterday late afternoon and he was able to be here by noon today, due to being in the area for another job. Thankfully it was an "easy fix". Not only did Matt and Cory do the repair, they also did an overall tune up on the door system. I strongly recommend them for any work needed. They are efficient, kind, answered questions, and very easy to work with.

Matt came to inspect our issue with garage door not closing from the car remote. He fixed the problem in 10 min and refused to charge us because of the brief visit and a quick fix. What a guy, what a service! We would highly recommend him and his business not because he didn't charge us but simply because he put his customers' best interest first.

Matt was fair priced and fixed a garage door at my rental and I decided to use him again for my personal residence. He was patient with me when I couldn't decide on a color and brought me some samples. We made a pretty significant investment in the wood toned doors and I'm happy with the result. I've had quite a few compliments on the new doors and I like supporting a small local business. I'd call him again

I highly recommend this business- I called after my side garage door cable busted and both cars were stuck in the garage. **** was out within 3-4 hours after my call, fixed the problem, was professional and courteous. After I paid my bill and **** left, I discovered he had noticed my Gulf War license plates and gave me a veteran discount- which was such a nice surprise. Ill only use **** for all my future garage door needs.

Terrific experience. A metal part on my garage door snapped where the opener arm pulls the door. I called them based on a neighbors recommendation. They were able to stop by in the afternoon and fix it in about 30 minutes at a very fair price. They were courteous and very knowledgeable. They explained what happened and how they were going to fix it to make it stronger and less likely to happen again. 100% satisfied and would recommend them if you need someone to look at your garage door and/or opener. Services Rendered: They bracket where the garage door opener pulls on the door snapped/broke. They were able to repair the bracket and strengthen support to reduce the likelihood of this happening again. They also replaced on of the panel struts as one was ruined when the bracket broke. Then they tightened and lubed the springs.

I contacted Apple Valley Garage Door company at 12:08 pm on August 18, 2021. I was updated by "Matt" regarding the timelines that he could be by to fix the door that literally came off the track. My garage door was repaired by 3:55 pm. He and his partner were very courteous, professional, and down right nice despite the heat and humidity. I'm having them come back next week to replace the retaining bar/weather seal on the bottom of the door. Services Rendered: Garage Door Repair
