Google5Had issues with my garage door not shutting and could not figure it out on my own. Contacted Aspen and they were courteous, professional and quick. Mike was awesome! He diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to make the necessary repairs in less than 15 minutes. Would highly recommend them, and Mike specifically, to anyone needing garage door/door opener repairs.

Google5Mike was great. Very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with, went that extra bit to treat my garage as if he was working on his own, and reasonable prices. I'd recommend him to anyone in need of any type of work on their garage doors.

Google5Mike is a great guy, he fixed a small issue on my door easily and that helped me to avoid a much bigger expense. I appreciate his willingness to help and professionalism. In the future if I ever need anything major replaced on my garage door system, he will be the one go to. I highly recommend Aspen!

BBB5Aspen Garage Doors provided wonderful service, fitting me in on the same day a few hours after I called. Not only did **** of Aspen Garage Doors replace our broken garage door spring, but he also took the time to make sure that our mechanism wires were safe from being pull down. He also answered all of my questions and provided important information about upkeep of our garage door. He went above and beyond!

Google5We have a Very Old wooden garage door. One of the hinges had disconnected from the screws rusting out. My attempts to fix it didn't work. Eventually, the gap caused by the hinge coming undone caused the door opener to stop working as a roller got popped off its track. After reading reviews and comments from Mike, I called. He called back within seconds and scheduled with me for the next morning! I wasn't sure if the old wood in the door would continue to stand up to the stresses put on it. Mike did a great repair, was efficient and professional. Great price, great service, great communication. I wish all workers were like this!

Google5Mike was fantastic! He replaced our old garage door and helped install our the opener. He was easy to work with to set up times for installation and was willing to work with our crazy schedules. He went out of his way to help us out, making excellent recommendations and getting us a door even though supplies are incredibly short right now. The new door works perfectly, everything was very smooth. I will call Mike again any time I need help with a garage door and recommend him to everyone I know. Thanks Mike!

Angi5Mike was great. He called me within minutes of receiving my request - at 8:30 pm on a Sunday night. He was at my house by 8:30 am on Monday morning and the garage was fixed within the hour. He was very pleasant, responsive and professional. He did a fabulous job. Services Rendered: Mike replaced the springs on my garage door opener.

Angi1See previous review and comment. I hired this company in February of this year to replace my garage door. That process seemed to go very well. However after it was installed when the door was operated it sounded horrible and you could visibly see the that the rollers were grabbing and catch in the track. I called Mike out the next day and he stated it had was due the fact we had a tuck under garage. A few weeks later rollers spontaneously came out out and part of the door fell on our vehicle. I will say that issue was fixed the next day but adding more mounts to the door tracks. Mike stated he would take care of the the damage to the vehicle that day. I got a quote for the repairs, from a shop that I have found to be reasonable previously. Mike thought the quote was high and asked if I could get another review. I asked him where he would like me to take it and his response was "I don't know". I wasn't about to go on a chase to take my vehicle to multiple shops to try to find a estimate was less after my vehicle was damaged because of no fault on my own. After that Mike stopped responding to my calls and texts. I had to hide my caller ID in order for Mike to pick up.. He told me that he didn't have the money to pay but offered to pay with a credit card. By this time after being ignored for weeks I didn't trust him. I was not going to take my vehicle to a shop without having the funds to do so first. Eventually it was mutually agreed that Mike would pay in installments at at least $300 every month until the $1350 worth of damage was paid off. Again a month went by with nothing. I again had to call Mike from a blocked number and then magically that day he stated he could make the first installment. That whole day went by and so later that evening I had enough and posted a review here. He did eventually drop off $300 that evening. Since I wrote the review he has refused to make anymore payments. I called him again and he accused me of just wanting to take the money and run. He stated that he is sick of dealing with me and stated "take me to court, I don't care". So now I have an owner that stated he would pay but now refuses to pay the additional $1,000 worth of damages. Services Rendered: Garage Door Replacement

Angi4The service was great. Mike came out on a Friday afternoon and took a look at the door, then informed us that he'd need to come back at another time due to the garage door we have. He came back right away on Monday morning and was able to fix the issue. The only downside was how expensive the repair ended up being, as we expected a lot lower due to the deal we originally called for specifically. Otherwise, Mike was great and we'd definitely go to Aspen again as needed in the future. Services Rendered: New springs

Google5I found Aspen Garage doors through Yelp - it had very few reviews, but they were all 5 star. I reached out via Yelp, and Mike got back to me REALLY quickly. Within 12 hours of reaching out, my garage door was fixed! Mike was very communicative, and was able to fix everything quickly and efficiently. He explained the pricing and options easily, and I really appreciate his amazing customer service. Definitely great company to work with!
