Google5The spring broke on my garage. I sent a quote request on their website and received a text right away. They were able to come fix my garage the next day. Priced fair. They were friendly and provided some garage care tips.

Google5Thought my spring broke but Peyton diagnosed the issue quickly and found out no repair was needed. Me or my kids must have accidentally bumped the manual lock on the door (I didn't even know there was one on it). He didn't charge me anything for the trip. I would recommend Champion and ask for Peyton if you're in the Sw metro. He was very knowledgeable. I went with Superior Garage this summer and paid over $1000. I wish I had called Champion as they were going to charge only $320.

Google5Great service. I called on Friday and was told they didn't have time until Tuesday or Wednesday. After I asked, they managed to get someone out to see me the next day. The job required another visit to complete everything. They got it all done on the second visit. I highly recommend them.

Google5I am extremely happy with this company! No high pressure sales tactics! Great looking door! Payton came out & gave me a quote with options. A few days later he installed it. Very polite & friendly! Very knowledgeable & professional and quick! I highly recommend Champion Garage Doors! Thanx!

Google5We needed to have the coils repaired and replaced in our garage door. Called many companies and Champion was the most responsive and offered very affordable pricing. They were out the next day to do the job very efficiently and courteously. But I want to note one other very important factor, we mentioned about an elderly lady next-door, who is having problems with her garage door, and could not afford to have it repaired. Out of the goodness of their hearts, Chsmpion allowed their tech to stop there and he altered her garage door so she can now put it down. It brought her to tears. What a great company.

Google5Highly recommend! I've used Champion a few times now and they have always been available to come within 24 to 48 hours of my call. Great customer service and always a pleasure to work with. Peyton does a great job of explaining what happened and ways to help prevent it in the future. I appreciate you guys and the detail you put into your work!

Google5Our 20 year old garage door needed major mechanical work. They explained all aspects of the work that needed to be done, and gave a very reasonable price. When doin the work they were prompt and professional. I could not imagine more quality service!

Google5I called Champion late on a Monday afternoon with a stuck garage door. Peyton took the call and managed to squeeze me in the next morning. He sent me a courtesy text before arriving, arrived on time, assessed the problem, made the fix, lubricated both of my doors, and found a minor problem with the second door. Everything was done within an hour or so. Peyton also walked me through all of the issues and explained his repair. I can't imagine a better service call. Recommended.

Angi5Another excellent interaction with Champion. I purchased a deal for a garage door tune-up. The company promptly responded to my order and provided a range of times to conduct the service. The technician, Payton, arrived on time and was friendly, polite, and professional. He completed the job promptly and also made some basic maintenance type recommendations for minor things I could do to keep the door working properly. Angi5Very well. Pleased with the service. They communicated well when they could come and were here in a timely manner. Worked with us on our schedule. Peyton had the new opener installed in no time. He explained all the functions, remotes, and even set up the one in the car for us. He was very pleasant and friendly. Wore a mask, without us even having to ask, which was extremely important to us right now. Have used them before and will definitely use again as needed. Services Rendered: New garage door opener.

Angi5Had a great experience. a chain sprocket sheared off my old opener. The technician gave option of fixing or replacing the 16 year old opener. Decided on the opener and next day he had it installed in just an hour. Would definitely use again if need be. Services Rendered: Replace Garage Door Opener
