My mom had scheduled Twin City Garage Door to repair weather stripping on her garage door. A week before that appointment, her garage door spring broke and she was stranded, completely locked out of her home without keys - just her and her dog. A neighbor let her use their phone to call her brother-in-law and he brought her to Twin City Garage Door to see what they recommend. Two employees offered to follow my mom back to her home and see if they could help get her into her home. They were able to open her garage door so she could get inside safely. Because of the urgency, they squeezed her in for an appointment the following day to replace the spring and weather stripping for her. By 9:30am the following day, her garage door works like new. Thank you Twin City Garage Door for rescuing my sweet mom and going above and beyond!
I reached out to Twin City Garage Door when I couldn't find a garage door bottom seal locally. Their website was user-friendly, but since I couldn't locate the item, I decided to give them a call. The customer service was quick, and they provided a fair price. Overall, I have a positive experience in my search for the needed garage door seal.

While a competitor recommended for replacement of my damage garage door for over $3000 and grudgingly suggested a lower cost alternative of replacing the lower panel for $1200. TCGD New Hope came out and did a high quality repair for less than $200. They were professional, knowledgeable, competent, pleasant to deal with and...most of all...demonstrated a level of integrity that is very rare these days. Highly recommended!
When our garage door spring broke, I asked neighbors for any repair recommendations and a few mentioned Twin City Garage Door. I filled out their online form for a service appointment and got a response within an hour. The staff easily worked within my schedule when it came time to schedule an appointment. The service technician, AJ, called to give us a time window when he'd be arriving and he was right on time that day! AJ was professional and friendly, and had the springs swapped out quickly. He tuned up that rest of the garage and checked on everything before finishing up. He also recorded a video summarizing his repair, which I appreciated being able to pass along to my husband so he could hear the repair recap too. The whole process with Twin City Garage Door was a breeze! I'd highly recommend them!
My spring broke on my garage door. They were able to replace it same day at a reasonable price. Very knowledgeable and provided additional advice on how to keep your garage door running for years to come
Our new door was ordered on 6/3/2021and installed on 9/15/2021. Shortly thereafter a cosmetic dent was noticed in one of the panels. A new panel was ordered and the damaged one was replaced. On observation, the new panel was damaged also. Again, the panel was ordered and, after a time, replaced. More recently, we noticed that there is a dent on one of the panels but this one is on the interior facing side of the panel. This went unnoticed until now. The previous two cosmetic defects were to the exterior facing panels. The currently damaged panel defect is on the inside facing surface and went unnoticed until now. Most likely because we were accustomed to looking for cosmetic issues on the exterior of the panels. Although it took us a while to discover this new defect, once seen, it is impossible for us to unsee it. Unfortunately for us, Twin City Garage Door Co. refuses to cover the replacement of the panel under their warranty. We will NOT use this company for our next garage door purchase or service. One garage door purchased with three panel replacements, due to handling issues, seems excessive. Services Rendered: Replace garage door
Had AJ replace my garage door springs today and he did a awesome job. He was incredibly efficient, was helpful with the questions I asked, and had an overall good sense of customer service. Which can sometimes be lacking, I've found, when it comes to house repair service workers. The springs broke yesterday and they were able to get out and fix it today, which I am so grateful for. And the price felt very reasonable. I will definitely continue to use them for future garage door work, based on this experience. Thanks!
I have used Twin City Garage door twice in the last two years. Once to replace both of my garage doors, and the other time to replace one of the door openers. They were stellar in their service. I had a small issue with one of the remotes and they drove out to replace it for me quickly and with great kindness. I would refer this company to all! Great experience! Their service is outstanding!

Not impressed with the company at all Every time I call it's hassle and they want To charge overtime rates at 3 in the afternoon ??!?? Stay away use another company you have been warned
I watched horrified as this happened to my garage door late afternoon last week. Twin City Garage had the door back up and working great the next morning. They explained costs clearly and suggested options to reduce cost based on my needs. Honest, fast, and excellent job by the tech at following Covid protocols when he met with me before and after the job.

This company is the BEST. I had to get a new opener and Mike came out to check it out and then later came back to install it. He literally was the most considerate person I've ever hired for a job. He knew I had a knew born from his first visit , so for his second visit he texted me so he didnt wake up the baby . Who does that, and thinks that considerately?! How wonderful. He was also on time and communicated so well with when he was coming, what to expect, and what I was buying. The install was fast and thorough and when he was done he texted me to have everything shown and explained. They will definitely be getting my business again. Mike was wonderful and needs a raise! What a great employee you have.
One of two springs broke 3 years into a 5 year warranty. That vendor (not Twincity) required the original receipt - which I didn't have. They don't keep electronic records of customers. I returned to Twincity, who installed the door, and they responded promptly, installed larger springs, lubed and tuned up the door. They DO provide electronic receipts and DO keep records. My only mistake was not using them 3 years ago. Services Rendered: Replaced broken spring
Don't call them if you have a garage door emergency. We couldn't get in or out of our garage for some important appointments. They said they could be out like four days later. They don't have the capacity for emergencies.
Flawless. We appreciated their expertise, indicating that a garage door with windows would look awkward and not seal well because of the low height of our opening and that we had aluminum wrapped-trim around the garage door opening. After a couple of weeks after signing and returning the bid, we phoned to confirm that our install was on the schedule (it was and its time and date given). Received appropriate number of contacts/alerts just before the onset of the work. Techs arrived on schedule and replacement was done in a couple of hours. Excellent work. It went well. Twin City Garage Door called me in the morning to remind me about the afternoon appointment window. The window was 12-2, and the technicians were there at 12:30. They worked together to install 2 new cables and fix some other important thing. When they were done, they knocked on my door, and I gave them payment with a credit card. After contacting several garage door companies who were ALL complete flakes, a very frustrated me finally got in contact with Mark at Twin City Garage Door Co. What a relief! Friendly, FAST, and attentive service! Very happy, and have actually had to use them again much sooner than anticipated due to a car damaging our NEW garage door! But again, service was excellent! I would recommend them to anyone.
