Google5Awesome work. Came to the house quickly when other larger companies were estimating days/weeks. Very affordable and took the time to explain the issue my garage door was having and tips on maintenance. Truly a good repairman who obviously is passionate about his work and customers.

Google5We were so grateful that Tom came out the next morning after our call during the Christmas holiday season when our garage door cable broke. He was kind, efficient, and made the repair at a very reasonable cost.

Google5Tom was very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. I was unable to get into my garage on a Fri night and he came out the next afternoon. We replaced the whole system and feel so much better about what we have now. He explained everything very thoroughly and made me feel comfortable about what I was paying for. So much quieter and closes so softly now. Thankful to find this guy! Would highly recommend him!

Google5This guy was phenomenal! I had a problem with my garage and this kind gentlemen got to me within about an hour. He fixed the problem and helped me to understand what exactly went wrong so it doesn't happen again. He was MORE THAN FAIR with cost and honestly was one of the most responsible business owners I've encountered. He was efficient, knowledgeable, fair and quick!

Google5Before he even came out, Tom gave me some great advice about the quality of different garage door opener brands, which I appreciated. He is very knowledgeable about everything to do with doors and openers. He came out the next day to install the opener and was very professional and even arrived early. He noticed something that hadn't been done properly (or safely) on my other garage door and corrected it for me. I highly recommend Tom as an expert at what he does. I'm very happy with his service.

Google5My worker, Tom, came over late Tuesday afternoon 11/07 approximately 4 p.m. and had my garage repaired in under an hour! Kind gentlemab, customer service, did outstanding work! The man sure knew his craft...if you need garage work done I recommend this business.

Google5Tom from Garage Essentials did a great job on our door. I was fighting with my door for weeks. I called Tom and he came out the same day and fixed my broken spring. He also informed me of the proper setting of my door going up and down for safety as well as the life of the panels on my garage door. This guy is the best!! Thanks Tom!
