Google5I scheduled service the day before. The technician called ahead to say he was on his way. He got right to work and repaired the door and left it looking better than before the damage occurred. I'm impressed and recommend Wayne Dalton.

Google5Happy to have found this company. They were extremely friendly from the first interaction. They were able to come work on my garage within 2 days of calling, did an excellent job, and continued with kindness on each phone call. Thanks Seth and Chris!

Google5Seth and Chris were amazing! Replaced a broken torsion spring and repaired a photo eye wire in less than a hour, and were really friendly and nice to work with. Reasonable price, too. Can't recommend enough!

Google5Scott and his team have done me solid every time I've used them. I would definitely recommend them, and will certainly go back to them with any door issues. Great service and quality work for our warehouse door and truck door!

Google5The repairman who came by to fix my garage door was just going to stop by and help us get the car out of the garage. Instead, he had extra time and fixed our door right on the spot (broken spring). He also was extremely wonderful to point out a few things that needed to be adjusted and did that for us. Thank you. This is the type of customer service that truly makes a difference.

Google5Wayne Dalton has come to my house 3 times to repair my old, beat up garage door in the last few years. Their customer service is excellent and the technicians who've come out are nice guys who show up on time and work fast. Sooner or later my ancient garage door will have to be replaced. I'll ask Wayne Dalton to do the work.

Google5They fit me into an already full schedule. Seth showed up early, quickly fixed the problem on our very old opener unit. He noted that it was 30 years old and, when I asked about replacing it, he had a new unit in his truck...future problems solved! Quick, efficient, friendly...highly recommend...

Yelp1We ordered our doors and openers on 31 Aug 2022. Today is 3 June 2023 and 2 of the three doors are installed without motors. There is no end in site. It has been nothing but a headache dealing with this company. The salesmen came to the property to check out the door openings to ensure they are compatible with high lift doors. He had me install a support bracket and then called the openings good to go. In Jan/Feb time frame an install crew drove out to check the door openings. After they inspected, they had to order new parts due to the fact the openings could not support high lift doors. They said materials would be ordered and received in March 2023. In March, I called to schedule installation and go figure, they did not have the parts. I would call weekly for updates with the promise they would call back the same day or next to provide the update. They only ever called back twice. Totally unacceptable. In May 2023, we finally had installers show up and scheduled for two days of installment. They came with all three doors and materials to install, but no motors. Keep in mind, the company sent people to my location twice beforehand to ensure I got done what I needed to get done for them to install. I was furious when the installers told me I need to frame wood around the openings because the metal frame would not be suitable. Because of this I lost a day of labor. We gave the company a week to get us scheduled for the rest of the project and to no surprise they never called. My wife and I have called everyday and no progress. This review is just a broad summary. I'm very unhappy with multiple aspects and believe this gets the point across to anyone looking for doors. I highly recommend never using this company. The incompetence, unprofessionalism, and what I would call downright deceit makes me wonder how they stay in business. Oh wait, I know they've bumped our project to complete more advantageous projects. Total and utter BS. Also, until I wrote this review, I've been very cordial with this company.

Yelp5Scott was my service tech. Great guy. Had an emergency and literally was at my door for the repair in 30 minutes. Got it fixed and the cost was reasonable. Great communication. Super knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend using Wayne Dalton if you have a garage door repair or install.

Yelp5I had a weird sensor issue where my garage door would refuse to close on sunny days. I made an appointment with NationServe, and a couple of days later the technician came out and repositioned the sensor eyes, and I haven't had a single problem since! They also included general maintenance with the service, and the garage door is much quieter now. My problem was solved and I got additional service for the same price, so I'm pretty confident in recommending this company!
