John is great. He is a one man show and super busy. Very appreciative he got to us next day (ours wasn't an emergency). He came on Friday after 5pm. He had the spring and cables replaced in less than 30 minutes for a reasonable price. Highly recommend and would absolutely use again. Thank you!

One of our garage door springs broke late in the afternoon with our car trapped inside. I call A Plus because the business was rated in the top ten on Yelp. After a very short time I received a return phone call. After we dscussed a temporary solution but,I choose not to try it. Since it was getting late we scheduled a service call the next morning. I got several text messages with status about his arrival. The Service provider went right to work assessing the situation, got the new springs, took the old off, installed the new ones, tested the door, and off he went in less than 30 minutes. Cost $385. A bargain to me.

John is the man! John from A+ runs his business extremely well. (If you call him, and you should, he's going to be the person who comes out) He was very responsive, affordable, and had excellent quality of work. I had a faulty garage door arm & the base of my garage door needed to be patched up. Now my garage is working better than it has the entire time I've lived in my newly built house. Thanks John! It was a pleasure.

No problems with service. John was great. I have a older garage door that was having issues, coming off track, and I was dreading the call to garage repair company. For sure with the age of door, i thought I was going to get an up sell. "You need a new doors; parts for this door is hard to impossible to find". To my surprise John had it fixed in 15 mins. No up sells

A Plus is a well named company! John is just the kind of professional people hope to get when they call for service in an area largely unfamiliar with the work or cost involved. I considered replacing the broken garage door spring myself, and I am glad I did not. Even after researching, I would have ordered the wrong parts despite following tutorials online. John was able to fit me in his schedule at the last minute on a Saturday, was very knowledgeable and thorough, and gave me a total replacement of both large size springs within about an hour, and for the absolute best price out there. There was no attempt to have me unnecessarily replace still working parts like rollers and cables to drive up the price, just good honest work by a professional who cares about his work and reputation.
