Our experience with Garage Door Rescue & Marc was top notch, bar none. We purchased a new garage door from another company (we were fairly new to the area) and though they installed the door, they weren't so great when we were having issues. A friend recommended GDR...and thank goodness they did! Marc came within hours! And fixed our door! Apparently the other company put the wrong springs on it. Our garage door actually goes up AND down now! Every time. Marc explained everything so even I could understand it. I will recommend him to everyone! Thank you Marc...now my poor Jeep doesn't feel abandoned in the garage.

Fantastic service. I just received service from these guys, and I can tell you hands down it is the best service experience we have had in Fairhope - and we have had multiple HVAC, lawn, garage, sprinklers, trees, pump, fencing, etc. people out. They could have left after 5 min of diagnosing and correcting the issue, but instead - for the same price - he oiled all the joints, moved the main mounting bracket, remount the lasers, re-tacked the weather stripping, and even changed the light bulbs. A+ service.

Excellent service! Quick response with a repair that not only solved my problem but he made adjustments and maintenance that made it work better than before the breakage. There was a no charge above the service call as he did all the work in just under an hour. I recommend these guys.

Fantastic service! The technician was on time and extremely knowledgeable. He showed me exactly what was wrong and explained what he was doing to fix it. He went the extra mile to grease and oil my entire door and put new electrical wire in. Highly recommend this family owned company! Thank you so much!

My garage door was having issues going up and down over the weekend. On Monday morning one of the guys showed up, advised me of two issues- one being more of a main culprit than the other. I was given the option of fixing both issues or just one of the issues to see how the door performs in the future. (I fixed one of the issues). They even hid my sensor wires to make it look nice and neat at no additional charge. Highly recommend this friendly company if you have any garage door troubles. They will teach you how your door works and tips to keep it working well. Great job!

Brandon showed up on time, was courteous and thorough. Wonderful customer service and value. He was able to fix my door and gave us tips to prolong it's life!! We thought we may have to purchase a new door but he helped us put that off for a few more years. I highly recommend this family business!

My father had a very good experience with this company today. Brandon was very knowledgeable and helpful with installation and insured my father had a good understanding of the workmanship of the door. Ms. Pammy in the office was very pleasant and helpful as well. Definitely would recommend using this company for your garage door needs.

Sometimes when you make a call for services needed, one becomes apprehensive. You search and search then read reviews to hear what people have written to make a sound decision. Well In my case I called garage door rescue based on their 5 star reviews, not one negative comment. Since I needed my garage door repaired. I knew my anti lock springs were broke so I took a chance on calling them first for an appointment. Brandon aka. Skinny guy arrived this morning. I was at work so my wife had to handle the situation. She kept me in the loop play by play and was so impressed with Brandon beyond words! His professionalism, kind demeanor and knowledge was more than she expected. He repaired my issue, and replaced my door sensors I had on hand, reset the motor settings, oiled the chains. I cannot thank him enough for a Job well done. This place has my business from here on out!

The technician arrived on time and did a fantastic job. He had all the parts with him, told me all the costs upfront, and happily explained everything I needed to know - even my "dumb" questions. Called Garage Door Rescue and they immediately return my call and set up a service call the next day. A very cheerful and knowledgeable young man named Brandon showed up who was the owners son. They have been in business for quite a while and proved to be very knowledgeable, showing me what was wrong and not only fixing the problem but doing an over all check of the whole system so they would not have to come back and reprogramming both of our cars to work both garage doors.........I can't recommend them highly enough, you will not be disappointed hiring them. Services Rendered: Doors were working intermittently and driving us crazy.

When the garage door malfunctioned, I called and he showed up the next morning. He arrived a little later than scheduled but he was able to replace the spring quickly & efficiently. The garage door now works better than ever. Services Rendered: The garage door originally had the wrong size springs put in so it malfunctioned. Garage Door Rescue replaced the spring so that it would operate properly.
