Yelp5Chris was right on time this morning, checked out our garage doors, evaluated the need of each door and explained what needed replacing and or repaired. Then got right to work. We are pleased with our new product and repairs. Chris was polite and easy to work with. Would recommend him and Precision Door Company. We have used them in prior home also

Google5Antonio repaired our garage door on the day before Thanksgiving. Did not finish until after dark. He explained every step in his repair. Very polite and professional. Highly recommended..

Google5Our garage door needed some immediate repairs. After several phone calls and estimates, and a referral from a neighbor for this company, we decided on Precision Door Service. Our repair person, Isaiah Sellers, was great. He was prompt, very knowledgeable, very polite and easy to communicate with regarding the repair. The garage door is fixed and works great. Would definitely call this company in the future and ask for Isaiah.

Google1This company installed several big bay doors, after 3 weeks of use they are shearing off the rivots and the only solution is to charge me a service fee to come out and look, call the manufacturer and see if they will cover the cost otherwise I'm on the hook for their poor installation and follow up service. Great up front, poor on the follow thru. Buyer beware.

Yelp1purchased new garage doors and openers, approximately two years ago. total cost of approx 9,000.00. one of the doors needed repair so called for service and was told the entire door would need to be replaced for 750.00 AFTER less than 3 yrs. REALLY??? called another company and was told the door only required a brace that had not been installed initially. why doesn't this company stand behind their product? Oh and I was charged a 50.00 service fee

Yelp4I have had to use the guys quite a few times over the years and they have always come through. Everyone is pleasant. The work is always correct the the job was clean and tidy. It is one of those checks you hate to write, but feel very good about what you got in return. The lack of a star is because all garage door is work is pricey and unless you are getting all new everything the result is - Back to Normal. Hard to get pumped over that! It is good to know that when it comes to garage door needs I have only one call to make -here! And don't be surprised to have service within an hour. It happened to me once.

Yelp5Dylan Byrd came out to inspect our broken garage door just a few hours after I contacted the company. It ended up that the spring needed to be replaced and within an hour everything was fixed! Great company, top notch service men and a great attitude. Don't hesitate to call this company if you need garage door work done! Pricing was reasonable.

Yelp5They replaced 2 garage doors quickly and the price was reasonable. They also realigned the existing tracks to make the door nearly silent going up and down. Different people on two projects, and same great service from both.

Yelp5I can not say enough good things about this business! I've dealt with other garage door businesses in Gulfport but this one is by far the best in customer service, prompt or early arrivals, quality and best of all price!!! I've had my brand new door installed 3 Months ago. I then decided to replace the sheetrock from a faulty roof. They have come out on the same day I've called twice! They are always available 24 hours a day! It's by far the best run business I've dealt with in years! My only recommendation is they used 2 older brackets from the previous door, from the rail to the ceiling. I would make sure a new door gets 100% new parts with it!
