Google5We received excellent service. Their technician, Jon Reeves, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He did an outstanding job repairing our garage door. We thought the door was a total loss, but after he did his work, it was almost like new again. After several hours of work, he was so kind to explain everything and how to get the full benefit of this garage door system. Highly satisfied customers. We highly recommend this company. Google5I was very happy with ProLift's service. Steve came out the same day I contacted them and replaced my garage door opener. He was professional, courteous and went over everything with me. I would definitely recommend them.

Google5This company is awesome. Showed up with in an hour and instead of charging a bunch of money by putting new parts on he fixed what I had broke and saved me a ton of money. There are good people left. Definitely recommend a short phone call if you need garage door assistance.

Google5Jon and Steve were amazing. They were on time, professional and courteous. The garage door...I never thought I could get excited about one, but it's amazing! I would definitely recommend ProLift to anyone looking to replace or upgrade their garage door.

Google5Couldn't say more about pro lift and their service and professionalism. After going back-and-forth with another company for over a month I called these guys and they literally were out the next day and fixed my door. I highly recommend them to anyone that wants to get the job done.

Google5We recently had our garage door opener go out after almost 17 years of operation, so needless to say we haven't had to know a good garage door company in awhile. Thankfully my friend had referred me to ProLift Garage Doors! They are new to the Baldwin County area and what a great new asset they are. The scheduling was very easy and fast. They had us scheduled within a day. Jon (a master of garage doors) showed up promptly at the scheduled time and even gave us a courtesy call to say he was on his way. He was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and incredibly helpful from the moment he arrived until the job was complete and everything was cleaned up. His particular attention to the details made the difference between an ok service call and a fantastic one. Jon went above and beyond what was expected! He is a hard worker and is a great representation of ProLift and their commitment to fantastic service. Thank you for the new garage door opener, being a good person in this world, and showing us what excellent service is like. We hope we don't have to service our garage doors again anytime soon but when we do it will be without a doubt with ProLift Garage Doors!
