My family had a great experience working with Dwyane and Shanelle. My husband and I met Dwyane in our neighborhood while he was working on a neighbor's property. We also had work we wanted to do regarding our garage door motor. (needed vertical clearance & wanted to switch to a side mounted motor). We already had a quote from another company and I straight up sent Dwyane the quote from the other company and asked if he could provide the same service for cheaper, and he agreed! So we paid him our deposit and he came a few days later and replaced our garage door components within a few hours and we've been happy with the results ever since. Dwayne, his helper and Shanelle were all AMAZING! They were here Halloween and fixed all my issues within 30 minutes! They were extremely professional and got to the root of the problem asap. He programmed a new remote and for the 1st time, I can use the button in my car, not needing an external remote. To top it off, Dwayne told me your Lift Master Motor doesn't need replaced where the last moron had me convinced I did. Dwayne saved me at least $500 if not more. Hats off to you! Where do I begin price was very affordable work was very efficient. I lucked out and just happened to get The owner as he was in concord so once he finished the job he came right over. My luck he had a motor on his truck and the rest is history! If you need any garage door work done look.no further!
Dwayne is a thorough professional. He paid prompt visit to my Property to evaluate the situation of my Garage Door and recommended changing the same after assessing the damage and replaced the door timely. Everything is working fine, he charges slightly more than Market price but delivers more and on time.
We called and got an appointment right away. The technician was very good. He explained to me why the garage door was not working properly. He installed a support brace on one of the doors. Tested it repeatedly to make sure that it works properly. And the price was very reasonable. We are very happy with their work.

Our 16 yr old garage door opener went south. Purchased new one at Lowes, 3D door designs did the install and I couldn't be happier, prompt service on the scheduled day, complete install in under 2 hrs, and Dwayne took the time to go over all the operating procedures including recommendations on improving the stability of the door, so, all in all 10 out of 10 !

We live in an older home and needed our Lube and Tune done on our 3 car garage and they came out, on time and very professional. They did a 20 - point inspection and were done in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company! Can't wait for them to upgrade our doors next year.
Highly recommended! My garage door decided to jump off its tracks and almost fall onto my car tonight. I contacted 3D Door Designs and Dwayne came out at 845pm on a Sunday to save my night. I thought I was going to have to go to bed knowing my garage was stuck open all night. He showed me all the areas that could of been the reason for my issue. He was able to fix it in just under an hour and all was right. So so so grateful. Thank you so much!!
Earlier this month for the second time I accidently parked too close to my garage door and opened the door and it caught onto my car's license plate frame. Well, the second time I couldn't save it! The bottom hardware and rubber strip was hanging off the door. That meant no parking in the garage for me...yikes!! I reached out to a relator friend that has a lot of contacts and asked if he had any referrals for me. Right away he told me to contact Dwayne. He assured me that he was reliable, honest and had fair prices. I contacted Dwayne and he came out as soon as he could and replaced the parts. He noticed that our garage motor and all of the components were ancient, asked me if I would like an estimate to update it and add a keypad along with two remotes. My husband looked at the estimate and said, "let's do it, that's a great price!" Today everything was installed, and we couldn't be happier! Thank you, 3D Door Designs! I highly recommend them.
Dwayne was very professional. He came out and replaced my broken spring's on my garage door. Upgraded them to a larger spring and adjusted my door after the repairs where made. Quick response time and very reasonably priced.
Where do I start??? Dwayne and office of 3D Door Designs responded immediately! Dwayne was professional and very knowledgeable. His kindness and honesty aren't easy to find nowadays. Instead of selling us a new door to replace our old , weak, beat up door that would no longer lift with opener (and barely , but only partially, by manually struggling with it) which I believe saved us over $1,000 dollars, Dwayne worked hard, around our stored items, squeezing us in before Thanksgiving, and repaired our door, leaving us with a door quieter than we remember and functioning beautifully. We were thrilled and smiling to write him a check for the low, low, price he charged us(we had obtained another estimate by company offering only to replace the door). So, YES, we certainly do recommend 3D Door Designs!!!
