Almost feel like a scam.... 2/23/2024 We went to Home Depot the other day and we were told that today's visit would be a FREE estimate on just how much the installation will cost. When someone came and he was checking the opener, we thought he was just trying to provide a quote. We never expected or asked him to perform any repair on the opener. Then he claimed that he fixed it then he told us to pay the service fee. We were confused and uncomfortable about this charge because we were told it would be a free estimate only. It feels like a scam to us because we were never informed that such charge would occur. After 15 min, the garage door didn't work again with the same exact problem. So basically they came, spent 10 min, told us that they "fixed it", the door worked for 15 min then it was not working again, and they asked us to pay for that. They said they could send the person back again but what's the point? Go through this all over again? What they are trying to do is to not fix it, then customers can pay for a brand new door + installation of over 800 dollars. I screenshotted my review with date and time that I posted this so if they delete this I'll post again. Avoid.

Garage door opener finally died after 29 years. Made an appointment to have a new one installed. I used this company before to replace the spring and was pleased with the service. Javier arrived and completed the install. Javier was great to deal with. Anyone needing garage door work please contact this company.

My garage door was out of whack! The cable came off on one side of the door. No way to close it. My tech, Javier, was experienced and professional. He had the door running smoothly in no time at all.

Our small garage door opener wasn't working. Luckily it was covered under our home warranty & so glad they had Dependable Overhead Door Company contact us for the repair. Jesus came out & said the motor on our old opener was no longer working. He was very polite & professional. When Jesus came back to install the new opener, he was once again very polite & professional. He explained to us about the new unit & also cleaned up after installation & hauled away our old opener. Jesus is definitely a great employee!!!!

I was in the market for insulated garage doors to assist in reducing heat inside my 3-car garage. My garage faces the sun for most of the day and temperatures can match the outside temperatures. I chose ADOG due to their stellar yelp reviews. I submitted an inquiry and a rep promptly reached out to set up a free estimate. Chris arrived at the scheduled date and time. He was professionally and a pleasure to deal with. There was no trying to upsell or pressure me into the purchase. After explaining what I was looking for, he measured both garage doors and gave me a price right on the spot. The price was for the garage doors and installation. When I saw the price, I thought it was pretty fair for what I was purchasing. The garage doors were ordered and they did not take long to arrive. A rep reached out to me to schedule installation. The installer arrived at the designated date and time. It only took him a few hours before both doors were installed and working flawlessly. I would definitely reach out to ADOG for all my future garage door related needs.

Once again A Dependable Overhead Garage Door Company provided excellent on time service. This is our second opener installed by Dependable. Frank and John weren't just on time they were early. Prompt, professional, thorough and genuinely nice gentleman. If you need garage door service this is the company to call.

Had an old broken garage door opener and needed it fixed/replaced asap. Jesus and his team did a great job installing the high tech garage opener. He did a thorough explanation of the features, was reasonably priced and even help me set up the app on my phone. Definitely will recommend and will use in the future!
