Tanner from Cassle just left and I can not say enough good things about this company. When a part on my garage door motor broke I was assuming it was going to be a long expensive job. When I called, Carolina was extremely kind and professional. She sent me two quotes, one with the expected problem and another in case of a worst case scenario. I really appreciated that as I was prepared either way. Then Tanner arrived (with about a 20 minute notice). Tanner was straight forward, personable, and seemed like a genuine good guy. Right away, Tanner diagnosed the issue and was confident in his decision. Tanner was quick and fixed the problem. Tanner spoke highly of his employer and even mentioned that their company does not believe in pushing customers to spend money they don't need to in regard to upgrades or unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this company, will refer anyone I know to them, and will call them with any future garage door needs.

Our experience with the installer of our garage door was perfect from start to finish. He was so good, we called his office to tell them how impressed we were with his work. We had a young man named Tanner who , was very helpful and professional.. He was able to get the door fixed and working! You came out in a very timely fashion, which we really appreciate.. we can now close the door back down.... Thanks to Cassle Garage door company! Tanner came back out to my house to install the new garage door! It was in need of replacement! Tanner did a great job! I hope his company knows what a great employee they have!

We used Cassles for the first time today! My garage door spring broke yesterday! Called at 7am today and they had the technician at my house by 8:15am. He finished in a half hour and was the most polite and experienced technician we've ever had. Price was very good- no complaints at all! The receptionist that answered the phone at 7am was cheerful and most helpful! Overall Cassles gets a 10 from us! We will definitely use them in the near future for our new garage doors that we will be installing!

I used your company probably 5 yrs ago. On 8/10/23, evening time. My two daughters and I experienced a traumatic car accident in front of our house. We were on our way to walk to back to school night. A car came into our neighborhood hitting other vehicles then came directly towards us and ran into my parked car and my car hit the garage door. My girls and I were seconds away from getting pinned to the garage door. My car did hit the garage door. But the impact of the two cars hitting the garage door it could have been worse. We also had another car parked in the garage. But the garage door was strong enough not to push the car into the house. We knew we had to get our garage fixed. With such good professional experience from the last installment. We decided to choose Cassle Garage Door Company again. We called, got an estimate and next day new garage door panels installed. My garage door wouldn't open for over a week. I couldn't figure out what it was on my own. I checked the sensors and the overall look of the door, it all seemed fine. The door just wouldn't open with any remotes or even the button! Finally I gave up trying and called this company, they were able to fit me in and figure it out! Schools starting back up soon and I'm glad my kids can get into the house through the garage again. I definitely regret wasting all of that time trying to figure it out on my own. Next time I'll save myself the headache and just call them for help.

From calling their office to request an estimate to installation of our new garage door and garage door opener, Cassle Garage door and their staff are great to work with and provide excellent customer service. The staff in the office are polite and professional and actually do call you back when they say they will. They provided an excellent product at a reasonable price. Edgar explained his estimate and what we would receive from them thoroughly. Tanner and Joel installed their products efficiently, were polite and friendly guys and cleaned up well. They explained how to use the functions of the garage door opener and linked my car's HomeLink to the new garage door with ease. If I ever need garage door service I will always call Cassle Garage Door because of their excellent customer service.

Installation took place today, the tech Federico was friendly, professional & thorough. He patiently answered our questions (both tenants & mine). Stacy who I met with and quoted the job, was also friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. She followed through with callbacks & clarification as needed. This company was highly recommended by two different friends who had their garage doors replaced.. My garage door was in terrible shape and almost falling down so I reached out for an estimate and Stacey sent someone out immediately. Just as any good consumer would do, I reached out for other estimates and was surprised by the quality and price difference. Cassle came in with an insulated higher quality door for less. I am so happy with my purchase. My garage is so much warmer now compared to the old door. I had a problem with my door the first night and they called me back immediately. There wasn't even a problem after at all, it was user error. I cannot say enough positive things about this company and the people who work for it. Thank you again.

I called less than 15 min before closing. The gal who answered was super nice, we joked about quitting time, and she was able to get someone out to my house the next morning at 9am! So win-win!! The tech who came out was professional and very informative and helpful. He explained so many things to me that I became unsure if I'd remember it all! I ended up needing a new opener completely, but he took care of it in less than an hour, got everything reprogrammed, and left no mess. I'd recommend this company is a heartbeat!

I'm thinking that I felt the price was high. I think the service was pretty fast, to be honest with you, but I think they could have more competitive pricing to improve the service. With pricing it's hard to say. It hasn't failed what they've done, and it works fine. Services Rendered: They did repair work, and replaced the spring mechanism, it helps the garage door opener pull the door up.

Technician arrived when they said he would, was clear on options. Told me I didn't need a new opener but there were issues I had with the old opener that only a new opener would solve. It was 17 years old. I really like how smooth the new opener is. My house faces north and in the evening when I come home the sunlight tripped the old opener so it wouldn't close. Sometimes my garage door would stay open or not close completely. This opener solves both those issues. The phone app allows me to open my garage when I am away from home and need to let someone in. The new opener will close the door after 10 minutes so it won't get left open. Cassle provided the door when the house was built and we have used them at work so I didn't shop on price. I am happy with their work and would recommend them. Edgar was the technician that serviced my door. Services Rendered: Replaces roller on door, replaced springs, provided new garage door opener with internet gateway

I found them on Angie's List. They were real good. One guy came out and it took him a couple of hours to finish. They were courteous and their bid was reasonable-they also stuck to the bid. They did a pretty good job and they repaired a couple of things around the door that wasn't even part of the deal. Services Rendered: I used Cassle Garage Door Company for a full garage door replacement. They also did the mortar/controller.
