Andy came to the rescue in the middle of the holidays! Our spring broke and we wanted to replace both since it would likely break the other one soon if they are the same age. It was $260 flat with no extra fees for the parts and labor, which we found was a reasonable price. Andy (owner) and Mike (technician) are friendly guys and gave us reasonably priced options for replacing the rest of the old garage parts if we wanted later.

QUICK! RELIABLE! FAIR PRICING! This evening My moms garage door rollers came off and her garage couldn't close. I was really stressed out since it was late in the evening (10pm) and I'm in a whole different state! However I came across garage guy door and let me tell you! The service was above and beyond. My garage door was damaged and Andy came to the rescue. He replaced it the very next day. His price was also fair.
Andy came out personally to measure my garage door and provide an estimate. His team did a thorough job removing the old door and replacing the panels and opener. They installed a LiftMaster (belt) with LED lighting, camera, and motion detection as well as a new wall switch (with thermometer and Wi-Fi capabilities). They provided me some counseling regarding the exterior number pad which I appreciated as to not damage my stucco plastering. They helped me program the number pad and left me instructions on installation (all which I am totally fine with). You can tell his team enjoys working with each other as well as with him. When I noted a warped panel shortly after installation, Andy was quick to offer a solution. He came back personally to replace the defective panel. I am glad one of my neighbors is also utilizing his services especially since his team did the initial installation on the hottest day of the week!
