Andy came out personally to measure my garage door and provide an estimate. His team did a thorough job removing the old door and replacing the panels and opener. They installed a LiftMaster (belt) with LED lighting, camera, and motion detection as well as a new wall switch (with thermometer and Wi-Fi capabilities). They provided me some counseling regarding the exterior number pad which I appreciated as to not damage my stucco plastering. They helped me program the number pad and left me instructions on installation (all which I am totally fine with). You can tell his team enjoys working with each other as well as with him.
When I noted a warped panel shortly after installation, Andy was quick to offer a solution. He came back personally to replace the defective panel.
I am glad one of my neighbors is also utilizing his services especially since his team did the initial installation on the hottest day of the week!
