Yelp5I am surprised I got a quick response on a Monday. Garage door Spring broke yesterday, so I sent out 3 requests for quotes. Only got one reply. I left a message for Will, and he called me back in minutes. So, I canceled 3 other garage door companies and Will was available before lunch! A 30 yr experienced owner/operator, it was clear he is an expert in this field. I encourage anyone. if they need a garage door repaired or replaced. I'd wait for the best I have seen and call Carroll Garage Doors Inc. Professional service, on time, friendly and reliable.

Google3The guy came out like he said he would show up on time told me what I had to do he was a little busy still haven't got my door fixed he hasn't called back it seem like.he was knowledgeable guy certainly new doors I don't and still need help with my garage door I would recommend you he's a new door installer doesn't like fixing them I guess

Yelp5They usually don't service my area, but when I called, Mr. Carroll was so nice and told me that he would come out since he was going to be in the area. He was efficient, friendly and did the job right. Will be calling him for all my garage needs.

Yelp5We just had a new garage door and opener installed by Carroll Garage Doors here in Simi Valley, CA, and I cannot say enough good things! They are very fair priced, reliable, and super friendly. Joaquin did a superior job with installation, was on time and was very tidy. We are extremely happy with our purchase, and overall experience! Don't bother calling other companies who are overpriced, and will try to sell you what you don't need. These guys are the real deal.

Yelp5When I started looking around for a new garage door to be installed, Yelp was the first place I looked since I trust their reviews. I came across Carroll Garage and a few others. Let's put it this way, this company was the only company that was professional! I got a call back right away, they didn't make me wait weeks on end to get a quote, and even better...they were able to install within days of that quote!! As with a lot of homes, my washer and dryer is located in the garage and I had to walk into that very hot garage due to the garage door not being insulated and this company showed up, was completely professional, didn't take forever to install, cleaned up and hauled away the old door, and then took the time to tell me about how the maintain the rollers and main unit. Now doing laundry is no longer a chore and I would recommend this company for their fairness in price and speedy service.

Google5Same day service, quick correspondence, extremely knowledgeable and wonderful at what he does. Will will be our go to guy from here on out. We believe in supporting small business, and we found a hidden gem here in the Tri State Area with this company. I highly recommend Will to anyone in this area. He's beyond reasonably priced!

Yelp5This company scheduled an appointment very quickly. Showed up on time. Completed their work in a professional and timely fashion and had a California contractors license and Needles Business license. Nice folks. I highly recommend.

Yelp5AWESOME!!! Motor stopped working on the garage opener. Will replaced the board on my garage opener, greased up the rollers I believe that what it was, very honest and on time. Showed me how to re-program 2 other old remotes for when I got the new batteries for it. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

Google5I'm new to the area and had a garage opener problem. Scanned the internet for garage door repairs and read the reviews and ratings. Most reviews praised Carroll to be honest and reasonable. A telephone call and Will was able to analyze my problem from my description. Promptly at 8 AM he was at my door with parts in hand. Minutes later the job was complete. The cost was as he stated over the phone. No add on's or adjustments. Very professional and friendly. Call him first.

Yelp5Can't say enough good things about this company. Had to have an old door replaced and they went above and beyond. Showed up on time for the quote and install, good communication through the process and excellent prices. Not only a new insulated door but also new weather stripping and rails on the price. Good quality product, awesome all around.

Google5I was having a problem with our garage door and being new to the area I wasnt sure who to call. I got lucky and found this company on line. The owner of the company came to my home promptly, was able to fix the garage door quickly, and best yet was reasonable and friendly. I would highly recommend this company if you need a repair.

Google5I called them out because our garage door kept getting stuck. The owner was the guy that came out. No major repairs were needed. Very honest and trustworthy. I will refer and call him out if we ever have a problem. On time and answers the phone!

Yelp5I'm a bit late posting this, but I suppose for the better. I needed my 2, forty year old garage doors replaced. After researching and deciding what quality level of door I needed, I had 3 contractors come to quote. One contractor was way out there as far as price, and took way too long to figure out what I needed. Will Carroll came by, listened to what I wanted, explained his product, quickly measured and gave me a quote, like he had done this before! A third contractor came by but at this point I was being polite. The guy gave me a fair quote, but I still felt more confident with Will Carroll. Will's guy showed up on time, 8 am sharp. He was completely done and gone by 12 pm. He was tidy, precise, and pleasant. A year plus later, no problems, and my doors look great. Thank-you Will Carroll and team!

Yelp5Carroll Doors are wonderful! We contaced them on Sunday to get help for my father in laws garage door opener. The garage couldnt open at all. They made the appointment on Tuesday morning. When he arrived he found out that the opener only needed new parts and he ran out to his truck. He fixed the opener and saved my 92 old father in law the money. Great service and fair prices too. Thank you !!!!!
