They came out and showed up on time for our Home Warranty Claim. They ended up replacing our old Opener with a new Smart Opener. They were professional and quick. We called them up for a quote for an opener for our metal Garage that has 12' doors. They had a guy in the area and actually showed up within 10 minutes. He submitted the specs to the office and within 2 hours I had a quote. We will be using them for all of our garage door needs. A++ Company
Excellent! This company was contracted through our Home Warranty service, which is not always a good experience in the first place. We got a call within an hour - a set follow up and service within 2 hours! The diagnosis was spot on, supplies in the truck so the problem was solved in less than three hours from the call to Home Warranty. This only would have happened with the professional response from Eric at Coast Garage Doors and Openers! I CANnot thank them enough for making this painless.

I would like to thank Coast garage doors they were amazing the repairman was early to the appointment and he was in and out in less than half an hour we had had trouble with our garage door and he put in a whole new motor and then did weather stripping around our garage door we're having them come back to do weather stripping around the outside of the garage door when we return to Bullhead I would definitely recommend them to anyone their prices are reasonable they're on time and they do a great job we are so thankful that we found them

Buyers Beware: This is a 100% accurate, honest and truthful review! There is no rebuttal possible from Coast Garage Doors without it being another DESPERATE false statement! My first garage door was installed in mid 2020 in my new home in Fox Creek. Unfortunately, Coast Garage Doors installed the weatherstripping on their freshly wet painted door which caused adhesion every time the door was used, while throwing my door out of balance at the same time. I filed a complaint with the AZ Registrar of Contractors against the builder Brookfield, who was advised on tape, that if they continue this process, they were asking for trouble! I moved in August 2020 and the paint behind the weatherstripping was still wet in December 2020, when it was inspected by the state! The door was replaced by the builder with a factory painted door. Normally, one would be very appreciative, but wait, please read on! My second garage door was installed March 8, 2021. Within 7 days, my second door started to show the same dents as the first door, in the same areas as all the other dents on my first door! Coast Garage Doors was contacted and came out 3-25-21, inspected the interior of my door, spent 10 minutes at my house, told me he was going back to the office to write up a statement to give to the builder. Perfect, right? Wait....please read on! It gets better from here on. This is what Coast Garage Doors wrote in their statement to the builder Brookfield, who forwarded the statement to the AZ Registrar of Contractors agreeing with Coast Garage Doors: IT APPEARS AS IF SOMETHING IS BEING SHOVED BETWEEN THE PANELS UPON OPENING AND CLOSING THE GARAGE DOOR! After I was over my initial shock from reading a very DESPERATE statement, all in an attempt to VOID my warranty, I did my homework! I went to the manufacturer of the door, I had 4 other reputable garage door companies inspect my door, and all stated in their professional opinions, there was no evidence of anything being shoved between the panels upon opening and closing the garage door! So, what was causing the damage to these two doors within seven months of moving in my new home? WIND! HANDLING DAMAGE! The manufacture of the doors corporate Executive office declared wind damage. The engineers declared wind and handling damage! One year in my home and I still have a damaged garage door, under appeal with the AZ Registrar of Contractors due to both companies not providing any backup documentation or proof to support their obviously deceptive way to getting out of the warranty! I am not done yet! There are other avenues a consumer can pursue!
Chris showed up timely and installed our new garage door opener, tested it, programmed remotes, and gave me wifi info to connect to my phone. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He told my husband it was likely the control board and he could just repair that. However given the opener was 15 years old, my husband wanted it changed out to avoid future issues. We very pleased and recommend Coast for all garage doors needs! Thank you Coast!!
Garage door spring broke! Called and they were able to come the next business day. They were reasonably priced, on-time and great communication. I would definitely recommend them.

I would not use anybody but Coast to repair my garage door or the openers. They are an exceptional company. Great employees and so helpful. I called Wednesday about my opener not going down after going up. They arrived this morning and immediately knew what the problem was. There prices are great. I wouldn't use anybody but this company.
Called Friday regarding my garage door motor that seemed to be frozen and would not open. I thought I needed a new one because it was 30 years old. Technician came out Monday and found out it was only a surge button that popped out. Pushed it back in and it worked. Honest guy and very professional. Because of the knew technology and old unit, I had him put a new one on. Technician had it done within 45 minutes. I'm very happy with this company. No doubt I would recommend and use them again.
