Google5We experienced a malfunction with one of our roll up bay doors in our service center. Brent responded to our shop and made the necessary repairs in no time flat. Brent's customer service was nothing short of "World Class Customer Service". Great job! Thanks Brent.

Google5Garage door spring broke, locking our cars inside, tried all the others, they were a week out. Parker came the same day and fixed everything!. I had them install a bottom seal as well at that time. There was an issue with it 4 days later. Less than a hour from the phone call they were out and fixed it. They are my go to for garage door issues for sure.

Google5We had an issue at our vacation house with our garage door being stuck open. I wasn't at the property, and neighbors called saying it was like that for days!! I had someone lined up to repair, but in typical Havasu fashion, he found something else to do and ghosted me. I scrambled to find someone as our garage was wide open to the world with our boat, tools, and gear just free for the taking. Thank goodness I called Parker Garage Doors. The girl that answered was super nice, and they had someone out to the house in less than an hour, at 4 pm on a Friday. Repair complete, door closed, and we can sleep better tonight knowing our boat and gear are safe. Thanks, Parker Garage Doors, for the excellent service

Google5It's getting too difficult to open my garage door so I ran across an ad on Facebook for Parker doors. My installer Brent that works out of Lake Havasu kept me up to date so I knew exactly when he was gonna come. Friendly and knowledgeable We had a little problem with the door binding due to a dent in one of the panels Plus, he installed new nylon rollers which I highly recommend over the steel ones adjusted The tension and lubed all the hinges and track. Adjusted one of my hanging lights that was in the way and install a keypad. He help me get the app set up and was super helpful and friendly. He made quick work of it and I would definitely recommend these guys for any of your garage door needs

Google5I called Parker Doors the other day for same day service. They were fast and responsive. Both the tech and the office personnel had great customer service. I will definitely be calling them again the future for any repairs and referring them to anyone I know.

Google5i recently had one of my rv garage door opener replaced and the technicians Brent and Forrest did an amazing job. Both are very efficient and knowledgeable of their expertise, thank you both for being the best there is! highly recommending Parker Doors to family and friends

Google5Ill just put it this way, if you manage to back your truck into your garage door because you weren't paying attention, Parker Garage Doors in Lake Havasu can have you up and running in literally an hour from when I called. I called everyone else in the area and they all told me 2-4 weeks before I could get it fixed or replaced. So unless you want to have a 3 week long wait hoping everything in your garage doesn't get stolen, I would 100 times out of 100 times call Parker. Good people, excellent work and very very professional.
