Had an old operator and they came out and replaced all but the door. Did an awesome job. Was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend.

6 weeks ago had representative out to get quote for repair, was promised a quote and schedule. No call back. I called last week and left a message, no call back. I called twice today before getting a return call. I was told I could hire a competitor. Wouldn't recommended, wasted a significant amount of my time. If you aren't going to do a job just say so.

Thank you Bayou Overhead Door for a great job done quick! These guys were great! They answered the call at 10:00pm during the week of Christmas and a day and a half later showed up, replaced the broken springs, lubed everything up which made it quieter, and even fixed the light fixture contact and replaced the bulb, all in under 30 minutes! Will definitely be using them for all future needs!

I had a broken spring on my garage door. I called Bayou Overhead door and they sent a person to make a temporary fix until they were able to order a new spring assembly. 2 Days later the sent Chris Anderson to replace the spring assembly. Chris repaired the problem in no time. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. If you need a overhead door repair, I strongly suggest you call Bayou overhead Door and ask for Chris to repair your problem. You won't be sorry.

Very disappointed, only leaving one star because the guy was nice. The service was pitiful, explained to them on the phone what was goin on and they quoted me a price of $350 which is understandable because I live over an hour away. One guy shows up in a personal vehicle with no tools to work with moving like a sloth, I say again I had to use my own tools to try and help him and I basically done all the work, drilled all the holes etc. Then 2 hours later when the job was complete he told me the cost was 550$ . Just posting this so hopefully nobody else will get ripped. Never again will I.

Needed springs replaced on garage door and keypad installed. The technician was on time and really professional. Had my door fixed in no time. I would suggest Bayou Overhead Door in West Monroe to anybody who needed a garage door or repairs. Thanks for job well done.

The pros at Bayou Overhead, Devon and Timothy, repaired our door. Several issues had caused the lifter arm to break away from the door. It was out of alignment and the springs needed re-tensioning. Devon knew what had to be done and went right to work. Everything was fixed, lubed, and now it runs smoothly and very quietly. I would select this company again for my repairs. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable and diligent.
