Google5The customer service is wonderful! From Ms. Susan scheduling/quoting the job to Tink arriving and completing it fast! They kept me updated with arrival times and were quick to fix me up! Literally had a whole new garage door opener installed not even 24 hours after I requested it! Can't beat that! Thank yall!

Google5Our garage door spring broke over the holidays. I called Monroe Overhead Doors at 10am on a Thursday and they were at my house in 2 hours and replaced the broken spring in 15 minutes. The price seemed fair and the tech was very professional. I will use Monroe Overhead doors for all my future garage door needs.

Google5We love Overhead Door. They have always been so helpful and the techs are always courteous and friendly. The last two times we had to call we have got a tech they call Tink. He is wonderful and friendly!! If you need garage door help this is the place to call!

Google5The technician that came out to our house found the problem within minutes and fixed the problem. After talking to him about our door we decided to upgrade the motor system on our garage door. Everything works so much better Thanks Monroe Overhead Doors

Google5My husband thought this young man was excellent. I believe he said his name was Josh Price. But I'm not totally sure. He was young and about to get married. As you can tell, they talk while they worked and he knew exactly what he was doing. We wish him well and are glad to give him a 10-star review. Also, the young lady that answered the phone on the morning of the 30th was amazing. She had such Joy in her voice and was most accommodating and got the work order typed as we were talking. I'm so proud Overhead Doors has these most efficient employees! Love to all

Google5Always use overhead doors for my garage doors. They are helpful and always come when they say they will. Zach was a great technician. He went above and beyond. I give them five stars.
