Yelp5We had a great experience with this business and would definitely use them again. We had just moved into a new house, and the garage door needed to be replaced immediately. We ordered our garage door and had it installed within one week! After a few weeks, we noticed the seal on the bottom wasn't perfectly closing so I reached out to him and he came by the next day and fixed it immediately. Don't hesitate to reach out for a quote.

Yelp5I truly appreciate the help this company provided. I explained the problem I was having with my garage door and Jason diagnosed it over the phone. He explained the cost it would be if he came out and fixed it. Then described to me exactly what I could to do to fix it myself. And I DID it! He is great and sincerely cares about helping and not just about making a quick buck. I strongly recommend this company!

Yelp1Contacted them for appointment to inspect my garage door since I am preparing to sell my house. Totally brushed me off and obviously did not want the business. Would give 0 if possible.

Yelp5Josh saved the day! Our garage door was letting water into our house, and my husband tried fixing it. Unfortunately, it didn't work, and we needed professional help quickly before it started raining again. Josh was at our house less than an hour after initial contact. His prices are fair, and he took the time to explain the problem and solution as he went. There was an additional fee for coming on a Saturday; it was worth it for the peace of mind we have knowing our garage will stay dry with this crazy weather.

Yelp5Josh serviced our garage door to perfection! Really awesome and easy to speak to. He came in on a same-day call, granted it was also a Sunday afternoon. He was very knowledge able and went to work right away and just from observing him and seeing him work he definitely takes pride in what he does. He explained everything easily and gave some quality tips on maintaining the lifespan of the parts for the door. He was attentive, communicative, and came right away! Highly recommended ! Pricing was just right and fair, especially on an emergency-basis!

Yelp5Josh serviced our door almost 2 years ago. I loved his energy and professionalism. I thought I had a problem a few days ago and called to make an appointment. After discussing the "problem" Josh walked me through a system check only to determine there was no real issue - he even told me how and where to lubricate the rollers, I'd like to think everyone would do this but seriously don't think so-- I thanks him profusely given the amount of time he spent. Seriously I wasn't looking for a freebie- I wanted service but he wouldn't do because he knew it wasn't what we needed. Pretty amazing stuff - please don't hesitate to use Josh.

Yelp5Awesome customer service, call answered quickly on Sunday with detail and pricing. Josh figured out what could be wrong and arrived next day promptly with all parts needed. He did a great Job changing the springs with attention to all details.

Yelp5I had a garage door issue and josh took care of it for me rather quickly. He was extremely professional, communicative and very responsive. He also takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend josh and busby door for any of your garage door needs in the Salinas and Monterey area. He does travel and I would call him again should an issue arise.
