2nd time using Jack's doors in. Gilroy. I called on a friday and they came the same day. The tech showed up on time and got right to work. He was veey polite and professional got rhe job done in 30 minutes. Their rates are reasonable and now i have a working garage door.i wiould highly reccomend using this company.

Very impressive from start to finish. David Hernandez was responsive from the moment I contacted them - unlike a handful of other firms we tried that didn't return calls, even after quoting. The door was installed on schedule and to budget - and a minor flaw was addressed without question or comment. Very happy with the result, and the service that got us there.

Jacks overhead treats people like crap! They do not care if you are in an accident all they care about is if they can get out of the driveway. In the middle of the accident dealing with the person that hit me they started yelling and cussing at me to move my truck. The son told me he was going to kick my ass and wasn't afraid of me because I was very upset they couldn't wait for me to take care of my business. I would never recommend a business that treats people this way. They didn't even ask if we were all ok in the accident! I strongly urge people not to do business with this company!

They have an estimate of arrival between 9-11 and came around 10. They tried different things to get my garage opener to work and gave options. I decided to replace it completely and go for a belt instead of chains. He was super quick and explained how to use the new garage opener. It is super quiet and much brighter in my garage.

Had a great experience with Corey from Jack's Overhead Doors. Came out for a complicated repair, which required a piece of equipment which he did not have. He arranged to come back, same day, after his regular appointments. Super professional and friendly! Really appreciate the work he did! 100% recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would. They came highly recommended by so many people and when they came out to look at my garage the tech was super nice. He was at my house for 5-10 min max and told me we could order new sensors and do it ourselves. I went to pay for the service call and he told me "it's ok." My husband bought the sensors and installed them! I got a call from a girl a few weeks later about an invoice they sent. I was a little shocked but thought maybe it was for the actual visit. I wasn't at a place that I could pay over the phone and asked her to call me back. When I opened the actual invoice I noticed they charged me $140 for a "full service and fixing my sensors." They never did any service and we fixed our own sensors!!!!! I called to ask more information about the charges and the girl was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. She argued with me about the service they provided - which was absolutely nothing! She told me I was "fine to pay it before" which I then told her I didn't know what it was for and assumed it was for the service call only. I was just now finding time to look at the invoice closely and they are charging me for something they never did!!!! She told me they did a full service! They guy didn't even as much as take a card out of his car let alone provided any service to my garage door!!!! Be careful using them! I wish I would have read the bad reviews before calling! Looks like I'm not the only one they have ripped off! Complete and total garbage!!

They were great, i would recommend them. The were pleasant, professional and on time. Services Rendered: I used Jacks Overhead Doors to replace my garage door sensors and they did an inspection and moved the garage door ruler.

I got a call at 12:05 from the dispatcher saying that no one was coming out. Then she told me that they really work according to location. In other words, I'm too far away from them. So even though they say their service area includes the Peninsula area, it really doesn't. Services Rendered: I called them Thursday morning for a repair -- my car was stuck in the garage. The dispatcher said they didn't have anyone in the Peninsula area that day, but would send someone out the following day between 10am and noon.

Called in the morning and came out to repair the same day. Flat rate quote to replace both springs. Corey called to tell me he would be just a little late, which was fine but very glad he let me know. The job took longer than anticipated as the door equipment was old, and one of the cables had to be replaced as it was quite frayed. He capably and knowledgeably just worked on through it. Corey was courteous and very polite. I will definitely go back to them when I do my door replacement. Services Rendered: Replaced garage door spring and cable on double garage door (wood, very heavy!)

I highly recommend Jacks Overhead Doors. They were very quick to respond to my call and came down to give me a quote within days. They ordered the garage door and called me immediately when it arrived. Installation was scheduled for the same Friday. The crew was very professional, friendly, and even "entertained" my 4-year-old son. A minor adjustment a few weeks later was also handled without any problems. Again, highly recommended. Services Rendered: Install new garage door
