Awesome! Our garage door stopped working on Friday morning, and was fixed first thing Monday morning. Gilbert came out, on time, and explained the issue with me. I appreciated his transparency with me about what we had, what he was doing to fix it, and showing me how to maintain things going forward. Super happy with the job that was completed, would absolutely use again should something go wrong. Easy to schedule, texts to keep me updated, invoice emailed.... Authentic, swift and professional. Professional with diagnosis and get job done. We are covered by American Home Shield. Dilion came and he diagnose the situation. He called AHS on the spot and replaced the spring immediately and he went out of the way by servicing the joints with silicon sealants! No upselling. No return visit required. I would totally recommend Morgan Hill Garage door company to anyone!

A torsion spring on my garage door failed and I needed to have it replaced. I called several local businesses but only one company answered the phone. Sig, the owner, answered while at a lake on his family vacation, and was happy to help. We immediately set up an appointment and a day or so later his brother showed up to take care of the repair. His brother courtesy called me early and we met up at my house before the scheduled time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the repair. Both torsion springs were replaced rather quickly. And I am very happy with the repair. If you are in the Gilroy/San Martin/Morgan Hill area, don't hesitate to call them for any Garage Door Repairs.

I had Morgan Hill garage door, install a LiftMaster 87504. (Belt drive). I've waited a few months to write a review just to make sure everything was running smoothly. After hearing the options, I ordered over the phone. It was easy to make an appointment. I was updated by text message that the driver was on his way. This wasn't an emergency. My garage door opener was still working but I was glad to get it done quickly. I like the product. The only suggestion I would have is having the installer write down the serial number for you. As a senior citizen, I had to climb a ladder to get the serial number so I could register the warranty.

Technical showed up right on time, and since I had already accurately described the problem, he had the parts and repaired my garage door with in 30 minutes. Well done. I had a broken spring coil on the garage door. Another neighbor had recommended Morgan Hill Garage Door. I called and owner answered immediately. I told him what was wrong. He had me take a few pictures and text them. Within 10 minutes, he had texted back with quotes for 2 options with an explanation of each. Prices were very reasonable. Had a technician out first thing in morning. Gilbert was friendly and professional. Can't recommend this company enough.

A week ago, we sent a request for the repair of our garage door coil spring, with a possible replacement of the garage door. The only response we received was an automated message: "Thank you for contacting us! We have received your message below and will contact you soon. Regards, Morgan Hill Garage Door Company" We haven't been able to park our car in the garage for a week, so we will be exploring other businesses that can help us.

Messages Sig (owner) through yelp, he was able to reply in a reasonable time frame. He provided a reasonable quote when I described the issue and a picture; garage rolling door had a large gap between it and the frame. He had a technician respond the next day, get the rolling door as close as he could to the frame, and install weatherstripping. All for a reasonable price and quick response!

Sig (owner) was professional and pleasant from the start. They explained all options thoroughly and wasn't pushy at all in trying to steer me toward more expensive options. Installers were also professional and pleasant. They completed the job efficiently and cleaned up well. Due to one of the openings not being perfectly square, the door in that opening appeared slanted across the top (even though it had been installed perfectly). Sig very willingly came out within a couple of days and performed some magical adjustment that gave the appearance of the door now being level, without creating a large gap anywhere. And to top it off, they didn't ask for a dime until that final adjustment was made. Services Rendered: They did an installation of two garage doors.

Called them first thing in the morning and they were out to fix the door within 1 hour. Very responsive as I couldn't open the door at all and needed to get out. Services Rendered: Fixed broken spring on garage door that prevented the door from opening.
