Google5Originally thought I had an issue with the spring on our garage door, Tim told me what that would cost, then when he looked at the door he realized it was just off the track and not an issue with the spring. He immediately told me it would just be a service call and got everything back, greased up, and ready to roll in 15 minutes. Very honest, quick, and really good at what he does. I trust him with my garage door until he retires. Thanks, Tim!

Google5Our garage door spring broke so we called Paradise Garage Door Service at about 2:30 on Thursday and Tim was at our home by 4. Not only did Tim repair the spring, but he was patient answering all of our questions. It took about 45 minutes from start to finish. He was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

Google5So easy. So convenient. I called Tim to replace a broken garage door spring and he came out the next morning. He even had the somewhat uncommon parts on hand so I didn't have to wait around for them to be ordered and delivered. He was only here to do the spring, but he also balanced the door, lubed all the moving parts, and optimized the opener motor's power settings for free while he was at it. Took him about 30 minutes. $315. I called some other guys who wanted to route me through a bunch of call centers, demanding all my personal data for their marketing purposes, and generally being a hassle. I ended up hanging up on them and calling Paradise. Glad I did. Tim's a really nice guy and a master at his craft. Before the spring broke, the garage door would sometimes stop in the middle of closing and go back up - forcing me to sit in my car pushing the garage remote button and hoping it would finally close and stay closed. Sometimes I would have to get out and manually go close it which was super irritating when you're running late. It was also really loud. Tim fixed all issues and it runs perfectly smooth and quiet. A great quality of life improvement for me.

Google5I called Tim on a Friday and he arrived as he said the next day! In fact, he just left and his customer service and attention to detail is what I most appreciated. He explained the repairs, two garage door springs, and detailed the warranty he had on parts and labor. Thank you Tim for a quick response and excellent service. Sam

Google5Tim has been a joy to deal with. He did an excellent job upgrading our garage door to current safety standards. His workmanship is excellent. He is always punctual, professional, honest and his prices are reasonable. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs work done in their garage.

Google5We needed a new garage door that had to be replaced years ago. I reached out to a few local and relatively local companies for bids. Tim's bid was one of the better ones, and he only sold me what I needed, contrary to the other companies. Easy to set an appointment on his website, we talked, and he came to take a look at the garage within the next couple of days. Installation was quick and painless. Did I mention he's local? Would definitely use Paradise Garage Door Service again.

Google5Our cantilevered garage door stopped working so we had Tim come out to install a new vertical sliding door. He helped us pick out a new door and, since the new door took a month to deliver, he replaced the old motor right away and got the old door working in the interim. He finally installed the new door and a week later, when we had some questions about its operation, he came by and made sure everything was working satisfactorily. We're very satisfied with our door and with the very helpful service we got from Tim. We recommend him highly and would definitely use Paradise Garage Door again.

Google5Tim did a good job on lifting up the tracks on my garage door so I could install a car lift. He also installed a side mount lift motor which is great quality. Would recommend him to anyone.
