We bought a house in May 2023. The garage door was extremely noisy, and the motor shook like it was going to fall off The ceiling. Had another vendor out who said everything was fine, just needed to be lubricated regularly. When the door wouldn't work in December, had 1st Choice out, and they replaced the garage door opener, and also noticed that we had a broken spring. They had to order new springs for us, which have now been installed, along with new rollers. Each time they've been out, they have lubricated the door rollers and hinges, checked all the bolts to make sure they were tight, and made sure that everything appeared to be working properly.
I cannot give them a higher recommendation. They have been awesome to work with and show up when they say they're going to be there. Will definitely have them back if I have any further problems.
