Very quick response time when our heater wasn't working! He was very knowledgeable and helpful...he gave me all the options and recommendations and called to speak to the duct work specialist on the spot to have him come out and take a look today. He was able to get things working in the meantime!

I highly recommend Dixie Electric! My furnace wasn't working properly on the coldest day of the month and being a first-time homeowner I was anxious. I called Dixie and was immediately greeted with "how can I make your day brighter." I knew I'd called the right place. They sent Justin Blair out same day. He's very knowledgeable and gave me so much information on what was wrong with my unit and such. It was a simple fix. I also appreciate the honesty of Justin when it came to servicing my furnace and with the other programs and services that are available with Dixie.l. I'm proud to be a part of the Dixie family and will call upon them for my needs. Thank you so much!!

We appreciated how quickly Justin came out to take a look at the repairs for our hvac system. Integrity is at the forefront of his service, backed by his knowledge and many years of experience. He made sure to walk through every detail with us, showing us our different options and answering our questions so we can make the best decisions for our specific situation. Highly recommend. Had the scare my life when the power company showed up and told me that the line was surging and I needed to replace my wiring and meter box The only people who would answer the phone after hours was Dixie electric. I talk to the sweetest young lady ever named Taylor and she sent out a very well organized, sweet young man named Nathan He was fast and quick did a work up gave me a quote something that I could afford and got me all fixed up. I highly recommend Dixie electric in Montgomery.

Tony Brooks came out same day, within a few hours really, of our issue occurring. We were very thankful, especially with it being so close to Christmas, we were worried we wouldn't be able to get anyone out. He did a fantastic job explaining what the issue was and resolving it quickly. Would highly recommend.

Austin arrived on time. he didn't waste any time getting started with the task at hand. He worked very efficiently and demonstrated outstanding knowledge of what needed to be done on each task that he had to complete. I would recommend Austin and Dixie Electric to anyone that needs plumbing work done. It was a pleasure to have him assist me with the items I needed done.

Their dedication to excellence is unmatched and their commitment to customers is unmatched. Very rare to find these days. Two very respectful and enjoyable technicians!!! Thank you!!!! 5 stars isn't enough!!! Josh also came to inspect my heating and air. He has a super sweet personality and also very knowledgeable and committed to excellent customer service. They all gave me different options on repairing what was needed, but made sure that I knew what was most urgent to prevent from having further damage and more costly repairs. Such a great experience!!! Thank you
