I recently had issues with my garage doors functioning properly. I contacted Capital Doors. Their technician installed new garage door openers. Shane who is in the office is very dedicated and knowledgeable! He is wonderful to deal with and works hard to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Shane truly cares about the reputation of the company. I was very impressed by their professionalism and proficiency! I highly recommend Capital Doors and I think you will be pleased with the outcome!

Wife called them to fix the garage door. They came out and proceeded to tell the wife that they couldn't get the parts right now. The knew it before they came out since they was told the brand and model. Then charged us a $100 just to tell us they would have to order the belt. They could have told us on the phone. Said it be around $500 for belt and fix it. But they would gladly install another door opener if we didn't want to wait for parts. Anyway the belt is $85. I can understand a mark up of $100 and $100 for labor, but $500? Heck no!

I would never use Capital Doors again. They came to repair our garage door. We paid 191.00 for the repair The door stayed fixed less than one month. We called them for a second service call. Explained the garage door would not close and we needed to get the door down because it's winter. No advice or help. They said they would call us to schedule. Never called us to schedule a service call. So here we are a week later with a garage door that still does not work and a frigid garage. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible customer service!!! **UPDATE** We just had Danny's Door service here who repaired our garage door. The technician was wonderful and very knowledgeable!! They will be my go to people for any garage door issues. They came the same day and they were $92.00 cheaper for outstanding service. I paid Capital Doors for nothing. My recommendation is to use Danny's Door Service. I should have called them a week ago.

Great service. The repair work was done very well. Total cost was expensive in my opinion but it was as quoted to me over the phone. You get what you pay for. Looks like a quality repair job. My only real complaint is that Capital Doors did the initial garage door opener install and the opener bracket connection to the door broke loose. The work on this repair looks good but, that initial installation work was poor.

Courteous installer , came when they said they would show up. Cleaned work area well. Stated there is a one year on installation. The job came in less than the original estimates. 12-11-19 had work done. So far happy, easy to deal with and so far no hassles with company or product. Would recommend Capital for any project.

The service men were very polite and helpful. They did the work and did it quickly and efficiently. I think the charges were a bit pricey, but the work was not sloppy whatsoever. Services Rendered: I had a torsion spring break on a double garage stall door. The service men came out on a Thursday to scope out the damage and decide what parts I needed replaced. I was charged $80 for the 15 minute visit. This included a $50 service fee, gas charge and time billable. They also rewrapped the left cable that had come off the drum and inspected both cables to make sure I did not them replaced as well. I was told that they'd need to return to replace the torsion springs and that it would probably cost $200, and that they would waive the service fee on the return trip. They returned the next Monday and replaced both springs, lubed the tracks, and leveled the door. The whole service took 30 minutes and I was charged $170 for parts and labor. They did not charge me for the service fee, just as promised.

Took a little time for the salesman to get back to me, and come take a look at the situation to give me an estimate. The installers however were on time and they quickly installed the new opener in under an hour. Services Rendered: Installed new garage door opener. Corrected existing garage door tracks/springs to working order.
