The service men were very polite and helpful. They did the work and did it quickly and efficiently. I think the charges were a bit pricey, but the work was not sloppy whatsoever.
Services Rendered: I had a torsion spring break on a double garage stall door. The service men came out on a Thursday to scope out the damage and decide what parts I needed replaced. I was charged $80 for the 15 minute visit. This included a $50 service fee, gas charge and time billable. They also rewrapped the left cable that had come off the drum and inspected both cables to make sure I did not them replaced as well. I was told that they'd need to return to replace the torsion springs and that it would probably cost $200, and that they would waive the service fee on the return trip. They returned the next Monday and replaced both springs, lubed the tracks, and leveled the door. The whole service took 30 minutes and I was charged $170 for parts and labor. They did not charge me for the service fee, just as promised.
