Had good experiences with this company previously with fixing our ranch shop door. Had called to schedule a repair to my home garage door. They said they were busy and would try to fit me in. I told them that was fine just whenever they could get to it. Waited over a week, decided to call back. Was told they had come by my house twice and no one was home. I was home the day they said they had come by. Never saw anyone, never got a phone call. Guy that runs the place was adamant that I had scheduled a day and time and they had come by twice and it was my problem. Guy was very short with me and told me to find someone else and hung up on me. I tried calling back and was immediately hung up on. I will never use them again.
Just called these guys again. I had a spring go bad a year ago and this year a cable broke. Both time they can out within a hour. Super nice sales guy and techs. Price before was fair so assume it this one is too I would very much suggest these guys again!!!!
I called today on the off chance that we might get all three of the garage doors looked at...they were literally hanging by screws from the ceiling! Shane was at our house in 30 minutes and it was a good thing. He said it was a good thing I'd called as this could be a real problem. He fixed the wobbly doors and explained the work done. I'd like to say this is the fastest response and completion of work yet! I highly recommend Wesco Overhead Door. We're thankful and pleased at a job well done!
