Idk what is going on. We've always had Don do work on our door .. We started in June leaving messages for D&M to call us. After several messages over time, I happened to get Don on the phone. He was on his way to Plainfield to pick up garage doors. He took my info and stated he would call me back later that week to schedule an appt. After 2 weeks, I called again and left message. I then texted my info to his phone. He has never called back ------

Don was promptly here when he said he would be and had the parts on his truck to fix our broken spring. Had us back in operation in less than an hour. GREAT service, will definitely call him again if needed!!

I'm so glad I decided to stop trying to fix my door myself. What a headache.. Don came out had me fixed up and we shared many story's.. Felt like I developed a new friend on top of getting my problem fixed! What a great experience.. Dont hesitate calling this place! Super reasonable on price and also punctual!
