I called to explain my problem and ask for service. When I described the problem the man insisted that the problem was what he thought it was from my description -- but it wasn't. He did not seem anxious to provide service. He asked me to call back for service after I checked out his suggestion of what to do, which I was fairly certain would not work. It didn't work, and as far as I could tell his guess about the problem was wrong. I called back, had to leave a voice mail, and he never returned my call. Services Rendered: N/A

I thought the service was very personable. I think that he was cheaper than a lot of the other garage door companies. He is the one who installed it. I had some concerns about the life of the door and the warranty. He explained the expected life of the different parts. My neighbors were calling other companies, and I called the guy whose sticker was on the door. He had good reviews on Angie's List. Services Rendered: They put in a new garage door and a new spring.
