Chose this company for my garage door repair based off reviews and website which advertised a price for my particular garage door issue. The price was below expectation and I was able to get scheduled same-day. Yay! When the workers arrived and inspected the door, they verified the issue and quoted a price and their preferred method of payment. I remarked about the price being different from the website and was told that was pre-pandemic pricing. I expressed understanding but was clear that the website was misleading and, given that it's now 2022, could have been updated to reflect today's pricing. I offered to split the difference since they were already at my home. Worker told me that he didn't know how to update the website and didn't have the money to update the website. He refused to problem-solve his error, said I could call someone else to do the work, and left as quickly as he came in. How disappointing!
Called at 6:15 on a Saturday. He came out quickly and was able to fix our garage door quickly. Super nice, knowledgeable, and through. Was able to get to us, fix the issue, and was done in less than an hour. Has our business for any garage door needs in the future.
Greg (owner) was quick to answer my call on a Saturday afternoon when my garage door spring broke. He was able to identify the product I had over the phone and quickly gave me quotes on replacing the original spring or doing a conversion swap to a more trusted and readily available spring. The conversion was cheaper than sticking with the one that the door had. He was at my house within the hour with all the parts stocked he needed to get my garage door up and running. I had an unrelated issue with my garage door opener that he also fixed and was EXTREMELY reasonable on all prices. He is a straight shooter that doesn't try to up sell anything by quoting low and charging more upon arrival. It's hard to find honest, trustworthy and dads working people these days but you can tell he's been in the industry for a while and is very knowledgeable of what it takes to do a quality repair and a very fair price.
Great service. I called and Greg was able to come out same day to repair my door and replace the opener. He was very professional and efficient. I would recommend him for all of your overhead door needs.
This Saturday morning my garage door wasn't opening, and we had no way to take any of the cars out. We tried fixing it ourselves for like 2h with no luck. Called Nattinger, he arrived in 10 minutes and and repaired my garage door in under 30 mins. He definitely knows what he's doing! Very very highly recommended. Price was extremely reasonable too. Don't bother with other services, this guy is great!
