Google5Both the office personal, and service Technicians that performed the job, all were prompt and professional. (exceptionally friendly) Price was competitive. I would highly recommend them.

Google5Amazing customer service. Dale personally gave me a call to walk me through fixing my own door completely free of charge. His expertise saved me a ton of time and energy. Highly recommend Affordable!

Google5I am super satisfied with Justin and Affordable Door & Gate. One Spring on my wooden garage door, believed to be original to my 1957 home had broken leaving the door inoperable. Affordable Door was able to work me into their schedule quite quickly. I really liked that they gave me a specific appointment time, not a 2-4 hour window. The Technician Justin, called in advance and arrived at the scheduled time. Justin confirmed that the spring had broke. The challenge was that the spring manufacturer had gone out of business about 20 years ago. Justin was excellent. He explained in detail three options to resolve the problem providing pros and cons to each option. I chose to replace the spring if they could find a replacement. Justin was able to clamp the broken spring and got the door operational temporarily. He called me within 24 hours to tell me that he fortunately had found the spring. They ordered the spring and returned to my home about a week later and installed the new spring as well as performed a maintenance on the door. I was extremely pleased. The door is quiet and works perfectly. I would highly recommend Affordable Door and Gate for your garage door maintenance and repair !!!

Google5Justin was at our house this morning working on our garage door opener that had a broken spring. We couldn't have asked for better service!! He was super knowledgeable, professional, efficient- really anything you would want in a service provider. We are really thankful for his work and will be using this company for any future work needed.

Google5I called Affordable Door and Gate this morning about our garage door opener not working. They told me they would have someone out between 10:00 and 11:00. Justin called at 9:50 to say he would be here in 10 minutes. He assessed the situation told me what was needed and got to work fixing the opener. There was no sales pitch. ( I'm not a fan of sales pitches) He was done in about a half hour. He's the same technician that installed our new garage door last year and did a beautiful job. He leaves everything clean and tidy. He's a very professional and personable guy. This young man takes pride in his work! Thanks Justin! I would highly recommend Affordable Door and Gate for great service reasonable prices and excellent technicians.

Angi5Better than I could've expected. Services Rendered: My wife needed to get my child to an appointment in a hurry. The owner rearranged his day to handle my emergency. My door was stuck down, and he got it up to allow my wife the ability to get to get to her appointment. His service was so prompt and thorough, that I upgraded to a premier Liftmaster opener which I can barely hear, and operate with my phone.

Angi5The man was early. BIG PLUS IN MY BOOK! Informed me of a safety concern with the garage door that would cost a little more and still got me the best deal. This installer was chosen at the Lowes store from which I purchased the opener and installation. He kept me informed at each step and was very friendly. Finished in 90 minutes including testing, mounting of all switches and the keypad in the house and removal of the padlock that was used for the door. He made sure we were completely satisfied and went above and beyond. I recommend them for any work of this type. Services Rendered: Install garage door opener with custom mounting
