Yelp5Eric is old school and that is fine with me. He answers the phone and communicates the status of your project. Would recommend him to repair/replace any garage door in Western Michigan.

Yelp5Fast professional service. Came out within a few hours of my call. It turned out that Garage Doors Plus had installed the door opener system originally a couple of decades ago. They repaired the problem I called about as well as replaced a few parts that were worn and were in need of replacement even though they didn't interfere with the opener. It's working more smoothly. The charge was reasonable under normal circumstances, and with the short notice and a blizzard on the way, it was a good deal! I'm very happy I called. Highly recommend.

Yelp5Eric came out on Christmas Eve to fix our garage door that other companies had told us they wouldn't touch. He was able to get the job done SO quickly, and charged a very fair price. I am so grateful that he was able to come out and help us out, we will be calling him for any future repair needs and would recommend this company to ANYONE looking for garage door repairs. 10/5 stars, above and beyond!

Yelp5They came; they saw; they fixed! I tested the claim of answering the phone 27/7 and they surprised me. We arranged what I thought would be an estimate, but they came and fixed my garage door in less than 1/2-hour at a reasonable rate. I appreciate professionalism and these guys are it.
