Dispatcher very friendly and accommodating. Was able to work with my schedule. Technician called ahead of time to tell me he was on the way. Showed up promptly during the time window given by the dispatcher. Friendly and knowledgeable. Replaced my torsion springs within an hour, no sales pitch. Tested the door and other functions. In the past i have had to explain my opener, since i have a camera, wifi and remote entry keypad. Technician was familiar and went through the setup and made everything work perfectly. Showed upon time, got things fixed and for a reasonable price. Almost sounds too good to be true. Would recommend highly to everyone i know, who needs service on their garage door.

I have used them twice and was very pleased with the work. I had springs replaced and then a new closer installed. Work was performed on the day and time scheduled. I would certainly recommend.

We have been having difficulties with our garage door opener for over a year. Another company did quick fixes, twice, that would last a few months. One call to Carolina Garage Door Service this morning quickly got problems identified and fixed. Pleasant technician. Very knowledgeable. All fixed for reasonable price.

When we returned to our home this morning, our garage door would not open properly. Checking the local Yellow Pages, we contacted Carolina Garage Door Service and spoke with Tom. Explaining our issue, Tom dispatched Eric, saying he would be to our home between eleven and two o'clock. We were delighted to get a call from Eric, saying he would arrive in twenty minutes, and he did!! Eric was prompt, professional, courteous and friendly. He recognized the problem with the door and had it repaired in no time. We're very pleased with the service we received from Carolina Garage Door, and in particular, Eric. We highly recommend them.

Being new to the area, I did not know where to go for garage door repair. I received several recommendations for Carolina Garage Door. I called, Tom came out the next morning and determined I needed a new board or total replacement. I chose total replacement and he installed on the spot which actually surprised and pleased me very much. He was very professional and I could tell he had years of experience and knew what he was doing. I highly recommend Tom and Carolina Garage Door. Thank You.

I called after 4 pm yesterday looking for help to repair our garage door opener. Don made an appointment for today between 1 and 4. He called a little after 11 am and asked if it was OK to arrive earlier than 1 pm. Got here by 11:30 and completely refurbished our 20 year old garage door opener and system along with putting new weather stripping on the garage door. They were done by 2 pm. He and his wife worked together and did a great job. I would definitely recommend you call them with any garage door needs.

Technician arrived at the scheduled time, was very professional, and not only fixed the issue, but gave the door a general lube and readjusted the tension spring. No issues, and will definitely call them again when the need arises. Services Rendered: Garage door not opening and closing properly.

They responded within an hour of my call. They fixed the problem and completed the work in about 20 minutes. They were professional and would call them again. Given the level of service I can't complain about the cost, but wish it was a little less expensive. Services Rendered: Repaired a broken pulley, spring, and cable on a residential garage door.
