I had a garage screen door installed and had nothing but problems with it and the employees. The main issue was a safety issue and I let the 'boss lady' Nikki about it and she completely blew it off. The installers left a bunch of metal shards from the install all over the floor and eventually I pulled two out of my feet. At that point I look in the garage and they are all over the place. I messaged my wife to let her know to be careful in there and she told me that one had ended up in the babies diaper as well from him crawling. I told Nikki about this and she was like thats what happens when you work with metal. She could care less that they didn't clean up and the employees even knew I worked out in the garage gym without shoes. The next issue was I needed a garage seal. I talked to Kyle and let him know we still needed it and they didn't bring it. So even as write this my garage door isn't sealed. Kyle had told my wife he'd take care of it but when they brought it back they wanted another $120, and Nikki blamed me for not telling her, even though the installer told me Kyle told him about it and he forgot it. Apparently Kyle isn't with the company anymore (smart move Kyle) and they are just throwing him under the bus right or left. After all this headache my wife didn't want to pay them anymore than we already had. Needless to say if you go to the HOME SHOW or want a garage door screen or garage door work avoid these guys at all costs.

This company has been out a few times since we moved in. Our garage door has been our arch nemesis. The people answering the phone have always been very nice and have gotten service to us quickly. Nick and Danny have been awesome and have always resolved the issues. Highly recommend this business!!

The young man. I believe his name was Justin. Was very professional & on time. Sara was very helpful being up front with what the avg price would be on the over the phone ballpark estimate was right on. Kudos to Sara for being a very courteous professional. Justin did an outstanding job explaining his recommendation what should be done to do the proper fix. I had a few concerns about the door not being properly aligned. He fixed that problem without being asked to. Great customer service. Garage door working great.After talking to Justin he mentioned a new type of garage door system. I'm investigating now and will let you know. Thank you for your help.

With the help of some friends, a cordless drill and a ladder, we got the wireless keypad mounted and programmed in about 15 minutes. Celeste made me believe we could do this and we did! Services Rendered: Celeste helped walk me through mounting a wireless keypad so that we can open the garage door in case of an emergency. She took time to text with me concerning my questions and made herself available to talk me through it via phone Q and A. This to me is going above and beyond the call of duty!
