Google5I recommend this company. My garage door spring broke on Sunday afternoon. I called them early Monday morning and they had Robert come out Monday afternoon and fix it. Robert did a fine job in about an hour and was very pleasant. The office lady on the phone was also very pleasant and helpful. I was surprised I could get the job done so quickly and easily for a fair price. Thank you.

Google5Today we had a spring and a wire brake in our garage door. We called overhead doors and they were able to make it out within a couple hours and charges a fair price to get it fixed. Highly recommend!

Yelp5Overhead Door came to our rescue when one of our door operators quit working and we could not get our truck out of the garage. The service rep (Shaun) was extremely professional and polite. While he was working on door 1 one of our other door operators failed and he was able to install a new one while here. He was very efficient, cleaned up all his trash, programed all our doors and vehicles. During his time here we discovered he had a flat tire on his truck and we were able to assist him with changing that tire. If all your service tech's are like him you must have the best business in the area.

Google5Our garage door came off the track and would only close halfway. Made one call to Overhead and they had Tony at our house this afternoon. Tony was fast, efficient and professional! Our door works better now than it did before and the cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Yelp5Bought a garage door screen .overhead door did a fantastic job. They put up a frame just like the garage door frame but below. All neat and professional done.

Google5Called about a repair needed for our garage door and they had Tony out the next day within the time frame they said. He called to let us know he was on the way which was much appreciated. Got the door repaired quickly and even lubricated the working parts and gave us some general info on maintaining the door in the future. Price was very reasonable and we will def be calling them again for any future issues with the door that may develop or if we ever need to replace it. We had actually used The Overhead Door Company when we lived in NC and were happy that they had local service here in Myrtle Beach. Very satisfied and happy customers.

Yelp5I love my newly installed garage doors. They look great. The process was simple. They were installed.with no headaches and they left everything clean. I can't say enough good about Whitney our sales person. She was patient and understanding. She always got back with us right away and answered all my questions. It was a big decision for me and she helped. Our doors were installed by Steven. He was wonderful. Like I said..left everything neat and clean and he did a great job.

Yelp5During a recent renovation of our home, I had the pleasure to work with Orry Bishop of Overhead Door Company of the Grand Strand. Appointments regarding the selection of the door & the installation of same were both set at my convenience, communication before each was timely & greatly appreciated, & both Orry & the technician arrived on time...all things I greatly appreciated, as that's not the case with many contractors. The door, an insulated Haas Door from their American Tradition series, is a 'Beast,' but a beautiful & extremely quiet, well-operating one! The technician was very professional, cleaned up the area, inside & out, upon completion of his work, & took time to explain the care & maintenance to keep the door running smoothly for years to come. Should you be in the market for a new garage door, I highly recommend Overhead Door Company of the Grand Strand!

Yelp5This company did a terrific job installing a keypad for our garage. Their representative was knowledgeable and was able to complete the job quickly. He also coordinated our car keypads at the same time. The job took less than an hour to complete. I would highly recommend them.
