I needed my garage door repaired, the cabling broke on it and I called Precision. Tony arrived and fixed it in about an hour. Polite and professional he explained what he was going to do and how much it would cost. He offered some other options I will consider later. Bottom line I highly recommend this company. They do the job and do it right. I live in Pawleys. Considering a new door in a few months based on my experience with Tony and this company. Very trustworthy.

I called Precision Garage the first thing in the morning, within a half hour **** called me and told me he would be by within the hour he assessed my problem and fixed my door in an hour. I definitely would recommend them,they did a great job.

Called the company yesterday with a garage door issue and they sent Cody over the next morning. He called before arrival and was ready to go to work when he arrived. Replaced 20 year automatic garage door opener with modern unit and are very happy with Cody and the company. Would recommend them, especIally for emergencies since they arrive on time and get right to work on your issue. Cody was done in less than 2 hours and explained everything on the new unit before moving on to the next job.

My garage door was laboring and has always been less than perfect. I called Precision and Mike upgraded my system for a reasonable fee. He was professional, courteous and such a hard worker. And it didn't hurt that he is a dead ringer for Billy Joel . I highly recommend this company.

Called Precision regarding the status of my replacement panel they ordered after their visit to my house the day after Thanksgiving. Also needed them to check on a problem with my door closing part way. The problem was with the mechanism that opens and closes and they recommended what to do. No panel, I think it was forgotten from the last visit. Thank you guys for arriving early and taking interest in my door. Great service

I was having a issue with my garage door. Precision sent Matt out the same day I called and took care of it in no time flat. Plus he lube & tuned up everything free of charge. I did have Precision install a new garage door in black (LOVE the color, looks Sooo good against my white house) a couple of years ago Matt said that one of the panels was rubbing and needed to be adjusted. He called his boss and they took care of it free of charge! Thanks for a great job Matt.
