A friend of mine recommended GarageWorks. The spring broke on my garage door and I called them hoping they could repair it. Unfortunately after they looked at it other things were discovered that needed to be repaired necessitating a whole new door. They found a door that I could afford and set up a time for the install. David, the installer, was very professional and answered any questions I asked. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I called GarageWorks and spoke with Trent. After telling him the issue I was having he immediately had me scheduled for someone to come service my door. Anthony showed up 15 minutes early, accessed the issue and had my door up and running in no time. This was some of the best customer service I've experienced. I highly recommend this company.

Great customer service! Trent scheduled our service around our crazy holiday commitments. But it was Todd who knocked it out of the park with his technician skills! Not only did Todd replace the one damaged door panel, but he also identified, adjusted and retested the track assembly so it now operates *smooth as silk* and better than new. Todd even handled the foul language from an abusive neighbor as he helped them navigate our shared drive... GarageWorks is now our door service for life, can't recommend their whole team highly enough!!! (By the way, they deserve more 5-star Yelp reviews from y'all! At the moment they have less than 20. We found them top of list at another fave non-biased source - bit.ly/garageworks)

The entire team was extremely helpful. When I called, they immediately came out gave me my quote and had me on the books the same day. Everyone was helpful and communicated from day one. I called GarageWorks after my DIY attempts to troubleshoot our garage door opener failed miserably. They were happy to advise me on the phone in the hopes that I could resolve it on my own. When it became obvious that I wasn't going to be able to fix the problem on my own (a jammed trolley), they set up an appointment for the very next morning to come out and fix it. Tech showed up right on time and fixed the problem within about 15 minutes. I'm very happy with their service and the quality of their work.

New homeowners, didn't realize an existing shelf was too close to garage door track. Container derailed the door on one side, then my husband decided to disassemble/reassemble the door.....We quickly knew we needed help fast before we went out of town for the weekend! Next morning, Friday, GarageWorks team got us a professional super fast and he completed reassembly within an hour all by himself! Huge relief! Quality fast work and affordable! We're very grateful! We installed a new unit in April 2019 and four days ago it broke down. I have tried to reach them since then to do the repair since it is still under warranty but have gotten no response (by phone or by email). Charged $75 for a service call. Said they would send me a quote for repairs. After calling to tell them they forgot me and waiting 3 days, I called someone else who fixed it in 3 hours. Don't ever call Garageworks. Not ever -- unless you don't care when the work gets done.

This company will not cut you a break. I was charged a 75.00 dollar service fee for the guy simply flipping a switch. He was there for less than 5 minutes. I would not recommend them to anymore. I felt taken advantage of and ripped off!

The associate called in advance, was on time, finished the work quickly (less than half an hour). He was efficient, courteous, and pleasant. On the other hand, the price seemed pretty high to replace one spring and adjust the garage door opener. If you figure $75 for the house call and $100 for the parts, that leaves $100 for less than a half hour labor. That is more than $200 per hour - seems a bit pricey. Very pleased with the responsiveness. When I first called, I got a voicemail (and I didn't leave one) but the owner called me back within minutes from caller id. Explained the problems, got on the book for repair/estimate within a week's time. Tech showed up, identified the issues and was finished in a little over an hour. The broken spring had put tension on the opposite track and pulled all of the supports out of a rotted board. It turned out to be termite damage so he inspected all the other boards to make sure there was no other damage. He wound up replacing both springs as they were different ages - final cost was within $25 of the ballpark estimate given over the phone. Services Rendered: Broken spring and door off track

I called and left a message & they called back immediately. He gave us trouble-shooting advice over the phone, even before he came out to our house. He wanted to see if we could fix it on our own first (we could not). So, he came out today (arrived early) & got it working again. Friendly and fast! Would definitely recommend.

They came out for an estimate explained what they could do and gave us 3 choices. Our door had a bad bend and stopped closing properly. They were timely with return calls. They said 2-3 weeks but it was a lot faster then that because the door we needed was in stock. It works great and looks good. Services Rendered: They replaced our entire garage door.

This is the second time we have used garageworks. Last year they installed two new openers and today they replaced the springs on one of our doors. I cannot say enough good things about their service from start to finish. I sent them a text on Saturday expecting to hear back on Monday. 10 minutes later I had an appointment with a technician for Monday to repair my door. As with last time the service was right on point. Excellent quality work done by a very courteous technician who knew what he was doing and made sure the job was done right. The garage door openers they recommend last year are whisper quiet and continue to perform above and beyond my expectations. I cannot recommend this company enough if you need any work done on your garage doors.
