Yelp5What a great experience, spring broke on door, sent them a note, talked to them on phone & had service rep on site as was projected at 2:00 pm. Workmanship was excellent, everyone was professional and personable. Highly recommend this company.

Google5Heavenly Garage Doors are amazing! The owner himself came out to look at my garage door, gave his recommendations and got me exactly what I wanted. He saved me a lot of money and made sure that everything was going to be done right! The service was very quick and they got me on the schedule the next day. The person who came to install it was also very knowledgeable and kind. They made sure to realign everything and helped me with an entire new set up. He stayed to show me how to work everything, helped me set my new codes, and made sure it was all working perfectly before he left. I appreciate their dedication to customer service so much! Use them! You won't regret it! They really went the extra mile.

BBB5On Thursday evening, 10-12-2023, I ran into my garage door while backing out of my garage damaging the door. I immediately called Heavenly Garage Doors and left a message explaining the situation. I received a call back, early the next morning, Friday, 10-13-2023, from Heavenly Garage Doors, stating that H.G.B. would be sending out a repairman the same day. I was very happy that I was able to get same day service. Since Heavenly Garage Doors had replaced my garage door springs, on a previous service call, I new that they did excellent work. H.G.B. repair technicians Chase, Casey and Dalton soon arrived, assessed the situation and quickly had my garage door back in perfect operating condition. Chase, Casey and Dalton were very nice and professional. They are a credit to Heavenly Garage Doors. Thanks for a job well done. *** **

Google5We were extremely pleased with the service. Starting with the young lady who answered the phone, to the technicians who did the installation, were extremely nice and very helpful. They were able to get our door taken care of right away and that was a major blessing for us. I can truly say that our experience with this company was indeed "Heavenly".

Yelp5I recently hired Heavenly Garage Doors to replace a damaged spring in my garage. I stopped by their office in Hendersonville one day while running errands to discuss the issue, get a quote and potentially schedule the repair. The interaction I had with the woman in the office was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, quoted me a fair price and scheduled the appointment for the very next day. The next day, Chase arrived right on time. We discussed the repair and confirmed pricing. He was extremely friendly and answered all questions I had while he worked. His professionalism and efficiency put me at ease and I have full faith that I chose the best local company to do business with. He didn't try to upsell me at all which is why I felt comfortable adding a couple additional services I felt I wanted based on the natural flow of our conversation. When the time comes to replace the opener itself, it'll be a no brainer that Heavenly Garage Doors will be my go to choice.

Google5They were able to get to me same day I called. Kept me informed of expected arrival time. Service techs were friendly and made my repairs promptly. Very reasonable on cost of repairs. I will definitely use this Company again and recommend them to friends and family.

Google5My service with Heavenly Garage Doors was such a positive experience. The prompt, professional, and knowledgeable service was greatly appreciated. Casey was honest and told me I needed a capacitor replaced, he could have told me I needed several things and taken advantage of my limited knowledge. All my questions were answered politely and with patience. I really appreciate the excellent service and highly recommend this company.

Google5Had a garage door screen moved from another location to my house. Casey the technician really impressed me with his knowledge and expertise. He advised me my existing screen did not need to be replaced and took the cost of the work order. When its time for routine maintenance Heavenly Garage Door will be at the top of my list.

Google5I can't say enough good things about this company. The owner Tim is one of the most reasonable, honest, and genuine business owners that we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. First discovered Heavenly Garage Doors back in 2017 when our door came off the hinges roughly 8 hours before a 5 AM flight, I called Tim and he arrived within 45 minutes, had everything functioning properly and charged me a reasonable rate, from then on we have called him exclusively to come service our garage door. We have also recommended him to several neighbors and friends, five out of five stars

He reset our garage door motor within 5 minutes after we were told by a local competitor that we needed a new motor. Yelp5Had a garage door that would suddenly stop while opening or closing. On some occasions, it would only go a foot or so before stopping again. Sometimes, it took six or seven times to get the door to open (or close). So I checked out some reviews, found Heavenly, and was truly impressed. These guys are legit, and all the five star reviews are spot on. We received a brief heads up that they were en route, then arrived right on time. Chase was quick to come and say hello and got right to understanding the problem. He let me know the likely root cause (the sensors), and said a tune-up and some TLC should take care of the issue. Not only did he dramatically quiet down the doors and adjust the up/down force, he also fixed some poorly done sensor wiring, installed a replacement sensor, and installed new LED lights on both openers. Once all was complete, he went over everything with me in detail and explained the work that was performed. He noted that the double door had already had the spring and rollers replaced previously, but the single door's spring was original and 19 years old, which is apparently pretty well aged for that component and should probably be replaced fairly soon. I asked about the cost and how soon he could do it. Turned out, the cost was very reasonable and he had a new spring on the truck. So, where I thought I was going to just get a slight alignment or adjustment to fix the stopping problem, I ended up getting MUCH quieter garage doors, new LED lights, a new spring, properly wired sensors, a replacement sensor, a lot of really good detail on the doors/openers, and no more stopping! I'm planning to switch to wall mounted jackshaft openers in the future and will definitely be using Heavenly to do the job. Chase is the definition of professionalism and was astonishingly knowledgeable and helpful!

Google5My experience with Heavenly Garage Doors was excellent. The price, selection and quality was great. They delivered what they promised, arrived when they said they would and completed installing 3 doors with little to no issues. One small issued did come up and the owner, Tim, called me and took care of it. Outstanding customer service. Jacklyn in the office was always courteous and kept me updated as to when my custom doors would arrive, and she was even able to get the doors scheduled for installation early when there was a cancellation. I highly recommend Heavenly Garage Doors.

Chase and Austin showed up on time and rather than try and upsell me solutions I didn't need, they shared with me some great tips that I could implement myself. We needed to replace our garage door and knew supply chain issues could slow things down, but they were communicative and proactive in terms of finding the door and letting us know. The guys that came out to replace the door were effective (e.g. We have a new and working door.) but also went above and beyond to answer questions and give recommendations. I shopped around beforehand so I am confident their prices are good.

We were called ahead of time before our appointment and they were even able to come a little early, which was nice. Within 24 hours of calling, we have a working garage door at a fair price! Angi5I called and he offered to come out that same day. I was already at the office and I asked if the following morning was good. It was and he arrived on time. He looked at it and was to fix it in just a few minutes. He showed me what had happened and even showed me what else I could do to keep the door opening smoothly. I was very pleased. If I ever need anything done on the garage door again, I'll call him first without hesitation. Services Rendered: My garage door got all womperjawed and wouldn't close all the way.
