Phil is true professional. He deserves 10 stars for his excellent performance. If you are looking to upgrade your current garage doors, or even if you are a builder in the area Phil is your guy! I wouldn't call anyone else.
I'm very fortunate to have come across Phillip from Oasis Garage Doors, I had reached out to several garage door companies late evening Monday to replace a double door garage door that was badly damaged by the previous tenant, and not only was Phillip the first one to respond, his quote compared with 3 others was the most competitive, with the best turnaround time (he was ready to install Wednesday morning). Not only was his price reasonable, his workmanship was excellent, the garage door looks so much better than the original. Excellent communication all the way, including when he was on-route, and he contacted the current tenant to give him the heads up before he arrived. Everyone who saw it was very pleased with the outcome; the tenant, myself and most importantly, my wife. Big thank you to Oasis Garage Doors! They made it super easy on me. I called them up and informed them my very old garage door was not working and we worked out a time for them to swing by. Within 30 minutes of arrival they had diagnosed it and fixed the spring and other hardware needed. Garage door works better than it has in the last 10 years. Great team that came out. Oasis Garage Doors was a great choice in getting 2 different garage doors installed. Phillip helped us through the selection process to pick the right doors and options, and was very patient in answering all of our questions. I was looking for a garage door company to adapt my garage door from standard to a High Lift door to get the door closer to the ceiling when open . I contacted 4 companies . Phil the owner of Oasis responded after work hours day one . Of the remaining three , one couldn't answer my question and the other two never got back with me . Phil had an unexpected opening and got to me within a few days . Phil communicated well and even text to give me an ETA . Phil and Jeff were very knowledgeable and took the needed time to make sure all was put together via the calculations . They were very neat with their installation and happily answered my questions. Oasis was great from start to finish. He helped me decide which size garage door was best for my space and laid out all the pricing options for the different glass variations/widths of doors. Also was always very quick to respond to my questions, easy to communicate with and friendly. Once installed, there were a few quirks to work out after a few months of using and they came and fixed the problems at no charge. All in all, great experience and I will recommend them to anyone in the future!!
What a great overall experience. After dealing with some tornado damage to our business, we contacted several garage door companies. Phil got back with me promptly and worked with us through some adjustments we wanted to make. Phil and his team were on time (and I mean exactly when they said they would be there - to the minute!), went right to work, and communicated very well throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend his service. No need for huge shiny trucks with a logo wrap with this guy. His work speaks for itself. (besides, you pay for all that stuff with those other companies). Phil was very helpful today as I called around to get a repair for our garage door that I backed into. He looked at photos and tentatively penciled is a in for this afternoon. We went w someone else due to logistics but he texted me to check back in. That's follow up- good biz practice! I'd try calling him again if we need it... hoping we never do. Must stay more mindful. But shout out to good service even in the search.

We needed a garage door for our new house & our builder recommended another company who was not very prompt or courteous when returning our calls. We decided to choose our own garage door installer & contacted Oasis based solely on positive online reviews. We've regretted some choices we've made in our custom build but choosing Phillip Clark & Oasis is not one of them. Communication with Phil was excellent. His response time was super fast, he showed up when he said he would, his prices are great (we compared to 3 other places), and his work is flawless. We enjoyed working with Phil so much that I told him to "come see us". His assistant Jeff was really great too!

We had Oasis Garage Doors out to replace two lower quality doors installed a few years ago by a better know competitor. We read the excellent reviews online and concur 100%. Phil gave us the option or repairing the existing but recommended replacement and we are glad that we did. We especially like the fact that we are dealing with the owner/technician who will be doing the work right at the front end, rather than a sales representative.

The torsion spring on my garage door recently broke and I was thinking about repairing it myself. Luckily, I spoke with a coworker and he recommended that I give Phillip a call. He came the next day to determine what size spring I needed and repaired my garage the same day. His price was very fair and arrived at the scheduled time. After he was done, we shared his info on our subdivision's Facebook site and one of our neighbors contacted him the very same day. He turned his truck around and fix theirs too! Called at 5:00 on a Friday and they were here within an hour. Tried calling many others and non would come until the next week. Very courteous and excellent workmanship. Very reasonable price also. I would recommend them without hesitation!

Excellent experience. My garage door was seriously messed up and he came out and within 2 hours had it working perfectly again. He thought I was going to need a new garage door opener, fortunately he was able to fix the existing one saving me hundreds. He was also immediately available as soon as I called him. I called Phil at Oasis Garage door repair, and he came at the exact time he said he would be at my residence. He was very courteous, and took his time to determine the problem I was having with my door opener.
Installation went as well as you could possibly expect from a professional. My install was somewhat of a challenge due to very limited headroom, but Phil got my door and opener installed and working perfectly. I'm not sure he knew exactly how limited my headroom was, but he got it in there and working without a hitch. He also advised me on the maintenance of the door and springs to prevent problems in the future. I would enthusiastically recommend Phil and Oasis Garage Doors without a moment's hesitation. Phil stepped into a situation that didn't just require the ability to install a door, but enough knowledge to do so effectively even when the conditions required by the manufacturer were not met and the homeowner made every attempt to screw the job up beyond repair. (Again, me) Services Rendered: Phil with Oasis came to my home to fix a botched (by me) garage door install. When he showed up my garage door was half way open, leaning from left to right at about 20 degrees, and wouldn't open or close any more. I had the door propped up on a stool with a drill box on top of it. Phil fixed the install so well you would never guess anything was ever wrong.
The garage door was purchase and installed within 2 weeks of placing the order. This co. Provided excellent customer services before, during and after installation. Prior to interviewing oasis garage door, I interviewed several other companies, in order to find one that was suitable, since My door is a custom opening and required a low clearance track. all of the other companies said They would not be able to fit the opening with a door and that I would need to change the size of the garage opening. Changing the opening would have cost me more money and more time. However, Oasis Garage Door immediately accepted the challenge and ordered the door that I wanted and the low clearance track that I needed, without hesitation. Oasis garage door was able to measure the existing opening with precision and accuracy which made the install a success. Services Rendered: Purchased and installed a coachman series garage door with a lift master low clearance opener.
Job went perfect. They were on time and very professional. Garage door looks beautiful and they even hauled off the old garage door and all of its components. Property was left in better shape than before they arrived. This is the 2nd garage door in the last year that Oasis has installed for me. I would never hire anyone else. They are great!!! I got a referral from my neighbor for Oasis Garage Doors. But I did call 3 other companies just to make sure I was getting a good deal. I was upset when I made an appointment with one company for an estimate and they didn't even show up. I decided to go with Oasis, they seemed to be very professional and I loved the carriage doors and the quality, so I bought 2 single doors. The installer arrived on time, went right to work, he knew exactly what to do, it all went very smoothly, he cleaned up his mess and loaded all the trash and the old garage doors in his truck to haul away. He went over all the stuff I needed to know about the doors and the warranty. One thing I really liked, they will come out after hours and on weekends for emergencies. The quality of the doors are wonderful. Very quiet when the doors are going up and down. I would recommend Oasis Garage Door to anyone needing good doors and good installers.
